The hotel fully corresponds to the description, new and after a good quality renovation, the design and furnishings of the rooms and the entire hotel are excellent. The rooms and the hotel itself are completely classic. Tablecloths, napkins, table settings, dishes and cutlery - everything is like in the classics. Dinners are varied and excellent; there were no repeat dishes in seven days. The wonderful metro d'hotel Stefano, like a skillful conductor, managed all the waiters and the kitchen. The dishes are prepared and served no worse than a Michelin restaurant. The atmosphere at dinner is always festive and friendly. The waiters and hotel employees are very responsive and always show care and courtesy, multilingual, easy to communicate in any language, Italian, English, German, Russian, French. You can always ask about the peculiarities of preparing any dish, including confectionery. There are so many cakes and pastries that it is impossible to list them - simply for every taste, and almost everything is baked in the hotel itself. After dinner, there are always performances by artists in the bar and salon, violin, cello, piano or vocals. The swimming pools, gym and saunas are excellent. We did not take treatment or procedures, we just relaxed. The Deluxe room itself is magnificent, the room is cleaned twice a day, everything is changed upon request except the bathrobes (they are changed once every three days). Excellent cosmetics. If you suddenly don't have a car, there is a bus stop near the hotel, so getting from Padua to the hotel is very easy. We will definitely return to this hotel again, but this time with procedures.Negatives
What didn’t everyone like? At breakfasts, if you come to the hall around 7-8 o'clock in the morning, there are few waiters. And yet, the hotel does not serve normal classic 82% butter, only packaged in bags. I had to order 82% fat oil for my table every day. At dinner, all drinks are paid, including water, except ice cream.

The hotel is simply amazing! My wife and I are delighted. We often vacation at various resorts, but we have never seen such variety. Just look at the snow room, which is open all year round. The hotel is new, so the design and furnishings of the rooms are excellent. The food is also at a high level, it is clear that the chefs are trying very hard. We are already planning to return here next year

On the first day, we were placed in a room that had an unpleasant, specific smell. They assumed that the dog had done something (there are a lot of people who live with dogs). I couldn’t sleep, my allergies were tormenting me. The next day they changed the room, where everything was great, the allergy disappeared.

I liked everything very much, the hotel has absolutely everything you need for a good rest. The pools and spa area are bright and spacious, the staff is friendly and very polite, as it should be in hotels of this level. The food is good, tasty cooked with a large selection of dishes.
