Excellent hotel!!!! A thousand thanks to the staff, responsive, attentive, helpful! The healing mud and water really have a beneficial effect, the mineral water pools are beautiful and open until late. Special thanks to the restaurant workers - this is a daily food celebration. Two weeks of staying at the hotel is simply a pleasure!!! We will definitely come back to YOU!!!

For us this is the best hotel in the resort! I came for recovery, and my husband underwent rehabilitation here. Everything is very well planned, the staff is very professional. Rooms and meals for 5+. We will definitely return.

Pettiness of the administration: 1. There were no glass glasses in the room. To brush your teeth or drink water, you had to beg the maid for disposable plastic glasses. 2. When we asked for slippers, we received one pair for two. 3. We flew away at night and received dry rations: 2 thermoses with boiled water and several small packs of crackers, crackers and some jam. 4. There was no air conditioning, there was no heated towel rail in the bathroom

Instead of a classic room, they put us in a smart room, staff, everyone! Works only for tips, repeated. The receptionist is inattentive. I was already waiting outside for the transfer and was notified 2 minutes in advance. Until departure. Уважаемая г-жа Белкова, Нам очен жаль за негативную впечетление во время Вашего отдыха и мы удивлены потаму что Вы остались у нас на 2 недели вместе с подругой которая в день выезда сказала что Ей понравилось и забранирует в следующем году. Номер который Вы забронировали Классик и Вы жили в номер 302 и этот номер Классик. Если бы Вы нам сообщили мы бы Вам показали другие номера. По поводу трансфера к сожалению не мы его забронировали а тур агентства, мы Вам позвонили когда таксист прибыл. Гидромассажы в бассейнах работают всегда с перерывом во время обеда но спасатель может всегда их включить по запросу клиента. С уважением

Upon arrival, they ran away that instead of one room we had two booked. The amount of treatment was calculated incorrectly (60 euros more), but only after a detailed analysis was it recalculated. When we checked out, we were asked to pay for drinks that we did not consume. After a detailed analysis, the question was removed.

I rested at the sanatorium in May 2018. I didn’t find any cons during my stay. All issues that arose were resolved instantly, very friendly staff. The Russian-speaking girl Christina was very helpful with advice during the holiday, THANK YOU!!! An excellent place for relaxation and treatment. In terms of nutrition, everything was fine. A variety of hearty breakfasts, for the most discerning - there was even champagne in the morning, dinners a la carte + buffet. There was plenty of everything: fruits, desserts, vegetables, meat, fish dishes, etc. etc.. Excellent medical department, low regards to all the staff, special thanks to Stefania for her ability to solve our issues. I'll be happy to come again. Highly recommend!Negatives
It is possible to update the number of rooms, the wardrobe doors in the room creaked very much, I was afraid to open them again so as not to disturb the neighbors. I didn’t see any sewing supplies, but that’s not a problem, next time I’ll bring thread and needle with me.

Treatment in the sanatorium is excellently organized. Very attentive staff. I would especially like to note the work of the restaurant staff and at the reception. The dinners are especially wonderful. The dishes are varied and delicious. The room was cleaned daily. Beautiful furnishings in the halls and corridors. The territory of the sanatorium is superbly decorated.

Since this hotel was closed (out of season), we were placed in another hotel belonging to the same chain, but at a higher level - Metropol, and they did not charge an additional fee. Very clean, very tasty. The muds and spa are wonderful. There are Russian-speaking staff, and if questions arise, they come to the rescue very quickly.Negatives
The only thing I didn’t like was the antique hairdryer in the room, no other complaints

For breakfast, an omelet made from semi-finished products. Omelette or scrambled eggs must be ordered at an additional cost. The food was good enough and it was not clear. I would like oatmeal porridge for breakfast, but champagne is not necessary
