I really liked the spa hotel, absolute relaxation in everything!!! The room is small but cozy, excellent mattress, not cold in the room. We took half board. The food is gorgeous, a lot of seafood for dinner, in addition to the buffet there are also à la carte dishes, everything (except water and wine at dinner) is included in the price! They immediately assign you a table in the restaurant, which is very convenient and the waiter gets used to it. Spa treatments were purchased separately according to the price list, the quality is good, the masters try their best, everyone is very polite. The swimming pools and relaxation areas next to them are very interesting, everyone will find something to suit their mood, well-being, etc. I recommend this hotel!!!Negatives
We went for lunch at the bistro, the menu was the same - and in 8 days we tried all the dishes, I would like more variety. But this is not critical, everything was delicious! Check-in is exactly at 14.00 or later. Earlier (even for 15 minutes) they do not offer a room. Apparently this is the hotel's policy.

My more than two-week vacation with a six-day treatment package was completely ruined. I only received one first mud application, which went well. Later that day I was referred to Daniela for a massage. After her massage, I stood up and could not straighten up due to severe pain in my lower back. For a long time I couldn’t even take a step, although I came there healthy and without even a hint of any pain. With difficulty I reached my husband, who was waiting for me, and he took me to my room. Plus, my neck began to hurt. My husband went to the reception (I couldn’t) explained the situation, they scheduled an appointment with the doctor for the next day. Somehow I waited for this meeting on strong painkillers. As a result, the doctor forbade any massage, even water massage in the pool, I had to give up mud, since she said that you can’t put mud on your back, including your neck (and I also can’t put it on my knees due to knee replacement). So I had to give up this pleasure too. The doctor also prescribed me strong painkillers, which I took and still take to this day (more than two weeks) 3 times a day. Without them, the pain returns. So my two-week vacation was ruined, for which I went from the USA (a long and expensive journey) to “improve” my health. I am looking forward to meeting with my family doctor to find out how to treat the “treatment” I received. Like this. Be careful with masseuse Daniela. However, my husband continued all the courses, visited several massage therapists and did not like any of them. There is no comparison with the massage therapists with whom we were very pleased a year ago at the Panoramic Plaza Hotel in the same Abano Terme.

The rooms do not correspond to the description on the Sanatoriums: much smaller in size and worse equipped. There is nowhere to put your suitcases. In the pool I would like to change the towel as needed, this is still a hotel - SPA, and they only give you one towel per day.

Service was poor from the start. We arrived at the sanatorium and found ourselves without a room, although confirmation had been received. We were denied the package we ordered. As a result, we did not receive all procedures. No one gave us a tour of the territory of the sanatorium, as was done to local visitors. Service during dinner was slow and you even had to wait for other customers to leave to get your food. No one bothered to explain how to sign up for additional orders for the room (you had to sign for it every evening). The rules for exchanging towels and bathrobes were not explained to us. In general, the staff did not provide proper instruction for newbies.

The window of the room overlooked the street along which heavy trucks moved at night. The garbage disposal made a lot of noise at night and it lasted long enough that sleep was disrupted. The room had to be vacated at 11:00, and the transfer to the airport was only at 19:00 and this was extremely inconvenient for a sick person who was not young.

The hotel has been completely renovated, very clean and comfortable. Closed large parking lot, well-groomed beautiful area. The largest number of indoor and outdoor thermal baths at the resort! The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. We had a Deluxe room with a side view of the outdoor thermal pool - spacious, bright, cozy. Each room has a balcony. Quality, varied food for breakfast (buffet, egg dishes to order) and dinner (buffet and a la carte). Everything is very tasty prepared. The service in the restaurant is fast! During our week-long stay, the menu was never repeated :) We did not take full board so that we could travel around the area. We returned at 14:00-15:00 and could have a snack at the hotel bistro - soup of the day, several types of salads, sandwiches and desserts to choose from. Great hotel, staff and service! We'll definitely be back!
