The hotel will not live up to your expectations! Maximum 3 stars!!! This is the third time in Dua Torri Abano Terme, in the GB chain (Grand Hotel, Trieste Victoria, Residence) no less than ten times, and I have always felt complete delight and a desire to return again. The location is excellent, the spa area and pools are great, the staff is trying, but with austerity on everything, it is impossible to provide a decent service.Negatives
There are no Russian-speaking staff at the reception; in general, no one speaks Russian in the hotel. The main disappointment is the kitchen!!! The once chic, sophisticated, sophisticated restaurant Due Torri has turned into a run-of-the-mill dining room. Moreover, this is not the chef’s fault, because everyone understands that it is impossible to prepare an exquisite fish dish of sea bass, dorado or salmon from frozen mackerel or hake, as well as from repeatedly defrosted seafood. The food range is extremely poor, there is a complete absence of any berries, decent fruits and vegetables. The cheese table and dessert row have also become scanty; gourmets cannot roam here. I took full board, went hungry the entire vacation, or ate at third-party establishments. They save on the number of mud treatments provided and even on its duration. The perfume set lacks basic things like hair conditioner and body lotion (on the day of arrival you need to urgently run to the store), a hair dryer - a rare copy, wrapped with electrical tape. This is in a luxury room! The New Year's Gala dinner, for which we paid an additional 140 euros, also did not surprise us with anything, except that the time for serving the dishes increased. No frills. There is no buffet at Duya Torri (allegedly due to the coronavirus). At breakfasts during peak hours there is a line to the serving table and there is no desire to stand in line for this monotony. The contingent of vacationers has changed, guests from our friendly People's Republic of China have appeared, pathos has disappeared, the dress code has disappeared, vacationers come to the restaurant (canteen) in outerwear, for dinner in flip-flops... I moved to the Grand Hotel for two days, a strange thing, but there are restrictions (allegedly coronavirus) are absent in the Grand, there is a buffet breakfast, there is a larger choice of dishes, the quality of the dishes is much higher... At the reception there is a magnificent Russian-speaking Alexandra, at the mud baths there is Angela, attentive and caring. And in general, in both hotels the staff is customer-oriented, trying... The main complaint against the management of Due Torri: you can’t provide SUCH services for that kind of money!!! Your level today is 3 stars and you travel only on the authority and reviews of previous years. I won’t go to you again and I won’t recommend it to my friends.

Only negative thing I noticed : smoking. People smoke outside of the building, but very close to the doors and windows and all smoke goes into the building and makes air inside unbearable. It would be nice to create the place for smokers farther from the building.

Large selection of dishes. The rooms are in good repair. Everyone will find rest to their liking, various massages and spa treatments can be alternated with interesting excursions to Venice, Verona, Padua. Nature is amazing around!

This hotel is definitely worth the money! The food is great! All dishes are not only tasty, but also unusually decorated. Every corner of this hotel is like a work of art! Beautiful view from the balcony. The mini bar is filled with various drinks. Bed linen, bathrobes and slippers - everything was snow-white!

Good location in the center. Very sensitive, friendly staff. Quiet, calm crowd (I don’t say decent, because, after all, it’s better not to leave things in the pool unattended...). Cozy rooms and common areas, beautifully furnished. Live music in the restaurant. Excellent food.Negatives
Weak pool - no horizontal back/leg massages - there is practically nothing except a few bubbles with bubbles, no possibility to choose pools with different temperatures, no service with towels (replacement of towels only in the room once a week for free), no cozy relaxation - areas with hot herbal tea (a thermos of coffee is brought to the entrance to the pool once a day in the morning and that’s it). All other useful procedures only through an appointment with a doctor, who is not cheap - 110E, while the prescriptions of their own Italian doctors (from a neighboring hospital prescribed inhalations through insurance) are not accepted - “our doctor must confirm” - very similar to a banal money squeeze. Conclusion: a great place, but not for those who want good thermal baths or mud therapy for reasonable money. If you are not ready to spend a lot, then either you just live and eat your fill, or look for another place.

I always choose quality, and the atmosphere of the hotel and traditions are very important to me. At the Hotel Due Torri, luxury is felt even in the smallest details. The spa is excellent, I chose the detox program and individual sessions with a physiotherapist. My expectations were completely fulfilled.
