Monotonous breakfasts (which is also typical for other hotels in Abano), the need to order coffee or tea from the waiters (in other hotels there are coffee machines and boiling water for tea, so you can drink as much as you want). At dinner there are only two options for choosing dishes (in other hotels there are 3 - 4). They didn't take bathrobes because... they are for a fee.

Ordering an individual transfer is very worthwhile. The driver was met with a sign in the arrivals area. 40 minutes and we are at the hotel. The hotel is in the center of Abano Terme, overlooks a promenade, at lunch and dinner the cuisine is very varied, perfectly prepared and served by the waiters. The treatment is excellent.Negatives
I wanted to visit the thermal pool earlier, from 7 o’clock. There is no coffee machine at breakfast. We had to wait for coffee or tea to be brought. There was no cottage cheese for breakfast.

Almost all information in the hotel is in Italian and partly in German. Communication is difficult due to poor knowledge of English by most of the staff. There is only one kettle per hotel, which I never managed to get. Although the description stated that a kettle is available upon request. It’s good that I had a thermos with me, so the problem with hot water was solved.

We liked everything, overall the hotel is good! Located in the very center, on a pedestrian street. We are satisfied with the work of the staff. The food is excellent, compared to the Czech Republic, the level and quality is much higher. We did not take any treatment, we used the pool and were very pleased. We didn’t take any excursions, especially since there is a train nearby, which takes 30 minutes to the center of Venice. Overall I liked everything!Negatives

The water smelled like bleach or something like that. A bathrobe is not included in the mandatory services; you have to pay 15 euros to rent it, and this is clarified at the very end when paying for your stay. Breakfast may lack variety, but everything is fresh and tasty.

To my great surprise and regret, the pool at this hotel is only open until 19.30. Breakfasts are delayed due to the long wait for the ordered coffee to arrive. There is no coffee machine. Dinner also takes too long: you have to wait a long time for the first course to arrive, then the second course, then dessert. Very tiring. The pool seemed a little dirty; chlorine was thrown into it in front of me. The robe is exchanged for money. When checking out from the hotel, the cost unexpectedly turned out to be significantly higher than stated. This was explained by the fact that the doctor allegedly does not know how many procedures are included in the price and prescribes them based on the number of days. It was not clear that mud and the so-called ozone bath, located in the same room, were two procedures. For example, I counted them as one. I would like there to be no such surprises and incomprehensible things.
