One of the manifestations of the weakening of menstruation, characterized by a reduction in the duration of menstrual bleeding to 3 days or a shorter period. There are primary and secondary (acquired) oligomenorrhea. Primary is manifested with the first menstruation, and secondary develops after cases of menstruation of normal duration. Oligomenorrhea can be accompanied by obesity, the appearance of acne, the development of male hair, weakening of libido, unsuccessful attempts to conceive a child. The essence of the treatment is general strengthening therapy, gynecological massage sessions and a course of hormonal preparations.
