There is no terrace where you can sit when it rains. It would be possible to provide a ride to the center of the beautiful town, because... It was hard for me to walk. For some reason, it is sometimes not possible to change dinner for lunch, or change breakfast for dinner with an additional payment.

We had a great time with health benefits and chose a package with 40 procedures. All the procedures were chosen very correctly for my husband and I, after the health trip we feel a surge of strength and our health has noticeably improved. The spa hotel is located in a very quiet and relaxing area. Nearby there is a forest, a park, an embankment, shops, and the center of the small cozy town of Birštonas. Spa at the highest level - 4 saunas, 2 swimming pools, large jacuzzi, children's pool. Our room was a family mini-suite: spacious, comfortable, with a balcony and its own air conditioning. The room was cleaned daily. The staff is very pleasant, responsive, and willing to help with any questions. The food is varied, a large selection of dishes and for every taste. Everything is very delicious! Thank you all very much for your hospitality and excellent service! We'll come back to you again!Negatives

1. The “therapeutic” program consists only of pleasant procedures, but the hotel does NOT call itself a sanatorium. 2. The hotel website has a range of treatments, but no information on how spa packages are packaged. 3. For some reason, it is not allowed to leave the spa area directly onto the lawn, only through the spa lobby.

Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, in fact, during our ten-day stay, what was done daily was changing towels and making the bed. We didn’t notice that the plumbing in our room was washed and vacuumed / the rooms have carpeted floors /.

Very responsive staff, excellent price-quality ratio. The restaurant, and especially the a la carte lunches, were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the opportunity to take a bike and ride around the surrounding area - an incredibly cute town with many attractions. The spa area leaves a very pleasant feeling: a cozy atmosphere and perfect cleanliness. Of the procedures, I was most pleased with the mud wrap and back massage.Negatives

I want to share my impressions of rest at Vytautas Mineral SPA. Had a family vacation at this hotel in the second half of August. Still carry in itself emotions and impressions from rest! I liked everything here! It feels like they're training the staff professionally. The staff is very responsive and caring with excellent English if someone wants to practice a foreign language. They will always ask how is relaxing and whether everything is okay, I would like to mention the managers at the reception, the staff of the hospital and restaurant, but especially Gitana, who conducted mud procedures. After such service, there was a desire to repeat, the highest degree of professionalism, which is undoubtedly 100% promotion of the hotel potential. We had three meals a day, which were very varied. Everyone has found something for himself that he likes, hungry and dissatisfied to stay difficult, always a choice of fruit and a wonderful pastry, you can treat yourself to the full. During our stay at the hotel we used the "space" library, a beautiful indoor swimming pool with a complex of baths, as well as the lake recreation area, in general - full relaxation. The hotel is very stylish, cozy and comfortable. As soon as I have the opportunity to be here again, I will have no questions about the choice of hotel.

It's a great place to relax at the weekend. Relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle, there is no better place. But this isn't a spa hotel. The zone of procedures is of very high quality. The food is rather scarce. Staff does not know Russian language. I recommend for a short rest.
