1. The procedures themselves that are included in the package are at a very low level, what was and what was not - zero benefit (we stayed for 7 nights) it is not clear why such an amount was paid. 2. The food is absolutely basic, a little more than the average level is expected from a 5-star hotel, besides, almost all hot dishes/soups, including, were semi-warm (which has been complained about more than once, but unfortunately there is also zero benefit) 3. I wanted also see some kind of minimal program for guests who are staying at your hotel for more than a day or two. Very, very boring, that is, I went for a walk, had lunch or dinner, did all the necessary procedures (in quotes), rested in the room, then walked again, and so on every day. This was a mistake by Sanatoriums; in the printout, the cost of the New Year's dinner was included in the total price; in fact, on December 30, the hotel asked to pay an additional 150 euros per person. I had to call at the last minute to sort it out. From now on, I wish the Sanatoriums employees to be more attentive and correct the booking confirmation, and not confront them with a fact. On the day of check-in, they said that the reserved room was occupied and tried to get money to upgrade the room at a higher price. They only offered to check into a room with one bed and pay for 2 hours as half a day, because... arrived earlier. We wanted to go to their restaurant, it was even funny to look at the menu they offered. The hotel is beautiful from the photo, but the only thing they do is take money. Perhaps they treat all guests this way, or maybe only Russians. Overall, stay away from this place. We booked a standard room with treatment for 7 days. All liked it. The price corresponds to the infrastructure and quality of services. The room is comfortable, quite spacious, located at the end of the building. The balcony also had a corner location - views on 2 sides (mountains and park) - you could watch both sunrises and sunsets. The room was cleaned every day. Many TV channels in Russian. We were lucky with the weather: 26-27 degrees Celsius, no wind. One day it drizzled and that was after lunch. Few vacationers - silence and relaxation. Every evening there is live music in the lobby bar. Large restaurant on the ground floor with a huge terrace. The food is good, an excellent selection of desserts, they serve both European and national dishes. Special respect to the treatment program. Treatment center - physiotherapy, paraffin, baths, showers - everything is at the highest level. Diagnostic center - cardiologist, therapist, ultrasound, you can take tests. Very convenient - because you never have enough time to take care of yourself in a busy work schedule. It is very valuable that the hotel has its own well with mineral water. The 10-day package with meals includes free treatments. In principle, there are enough procedures to bring yourself back to normal. But we bought something for ourselves and our loved ones (paraffin and mineral baths). The medical staff is attentive and professional. My mother, who is over 80 years old, was led by the hand from procedure to procedure. The SPA offers a good selection of treatments for the body and face. I really liked the cosmetologist girls. We tried several procedures, enjoyed it a lot and... bought a set of skin care products. In the SPA center there is free: swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, Finnish sauna, Russian steam room and another steam room with steam of medicinal plants. Very good! I recommend going on vacation to Georgia. There are helpful, hospitable people, magnificent nature, delicious food and divine wine. Of course, we still need to invest more and more in the tourism sector. And be sure to come to Borjomi to the Likani Hotel for health and relaxation!

The park is poorly maintained, especially the walking path beyond the royal palace. If only they could give it a new surface, trim the bushes in its area, restore the lighting, and the people would be happy. Of the 43 procedures that were included in the package for 13 days, they gave us 27, they explained this by the fact that they have such a rule, procedures for 7 days, 10 and 14 days.
