It can be used for certain diseases, but I recommend discussing this with your doctor, because the substances included in its chemical composition can trigger an increase in pressure. It is not recommended to drink in case of high blood pressure. The quality of food in the spa hotel is quite consistent with the 4 * category; if possible, guests are prepared with dietary dishes. Of the minuses, I can note that a narrow range of procedures is provided in the medical department, a doctor is admitted to the spa hotel “Libenski”, the distance to which is 700m, the nutritionist does not work in the spa hotel, there is no swimming pool, rooms are not equipped with climate control.

The medical department provides patients with more than 30 types of procedures, including the main one - “carbonic bath”, which is based on mineral water “Podebradka”. A pump room with this water is installed in the lobby of the spa hotel, you can drink it, because it is saturated with minerals useful for the body. However, I advise you to discuss the possibility of taking it with a doctor, because the substances that make up its composition can cause an increase in blood pressure, it is not recommended for hypertensive patients. The quality of food and the choice of dishes in the restaurant of the spa hotel, in my opinion, is very good. If necessary, and after consulting a doctor, it is possible to prepare a dietary dish. Since people with diseases of the cardiovascular system come to Podebrady, dietary nutrition plays an important role. Among the shortcomings, I can note the lack of a climate control system and in the warm season the rooms on the upper floors can be quite hot, as well as the time restrictions on visiting the pool.

After studying all spa hotels in Jurmala, I and our doctor Elena Khorosheva came to the conclusion that "Belorusija" is one of the best in the quality of treatment of spa hotels in the resort. There is a dentistry, an ENT office, an entire body ultrasound machine, and several doctors of different specializations. The therapeutic department is supplied with mineral water from its own spring, which is used in water procedures, for drinking therapeutic course, the swimming pool is also filled with it. Guests are offered a wide range of treatments, most of which are performed with modern medical equipment. It should be noted that gas injections, which are popular in Czech resorts, are also performed here, as this procedure is effective in the treatment of musculoskeletal system diseases. Everything indicates that the spa hotel "Belorusija" is the leader of spa treatment in Jurmala. Based on the multidisciplinary nature of the resort, it is possible to undergo treatment and prevention of several groups of diseases at once. The rooms of the spa hotel are well equipped, each with a balcony. The restaurant is prepared deliciously, special attention is paid to diet food, the spa hotel has a full-time nutritionist. Of the disadvantages, I note that there are not very high-speed elevators in the building of the spa hotel.

In the building of the spa hotel "Maria Spa", guests can enjoy a unique spa procedure called "marino lake", during which the patient sits waist-deep in the "lake" of natural carbon dioxide in a special room, this procedure is combined with oxygen therapy. "Centralni Lazne" has a well-equipped fitness center, a coach, located here in the daytime, will help guests to find suitable exercises for them. There is no wellness center here, but guests can visit the largest swimming pool in the resort, located in the spa hotel "Hvezda", as well as the wellness center of the spa hotel "Nove Lazne". Rooms in "Centralni Lazne" are spacious and equipped with everything necessary for comfortable stay, there are rooms for people with disabilities. The whole building of the spa hotel also has barrier-free access. The restaurant offers a sufficient selection of dishes, but little boiled, the menu is updated daily. The spa hotel has a diet nurse, which will help guests to make an individual plan of nutrition. Among the disadvantages, I note only that the spa hotel does not have its own pool.

Among the disadvantages I would like to note that not all rooms have balconies, slippers are not provided at once in the room, they must be requested at reception. The quality of food in the restaurant of the spa hotel at a good level, there is a delicious meal, the choice of dishes is always diverse. If necessary, guests can get advice from a dietician on proper nutrition. "Pacifik" is one of the top ten spa hotels for the quality of treatment at the resort. There are 24 procedures per week in the medical department "Centralni Lazne", which is a significant advantage over other spa houses in Marianske Lazne, where on average there are 16. Guests are offered a wide range of procedures, including classic spa treatments using local natural factors - peat mud, natural carbon dioxide and mineral water supplied to the spa building from the "Forest" spring for some water procedures and drinking therapy. The highlight of "Sava" is the new spa center with a complex of saunas, swimming pool, tepidarium, sun terrace and a hall with heated beds. The Grand Hotel "Sava' is one of the leaders in the Marianske Lazne resort in terms of food quality. In the restaurant, guests are always offered a wide range of dishes and dietetic meals are served as required. I would like to note that the quality of food in Slovenia is at an excellent level. Rooms in "Sava" are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and have a climate control system.
