I can recommend spa hotel “Pavlik” to guests who need high-quality spa treatment and prevention of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular system and gynecological diseases. “Pavlik”, in my opinion, has the strongest medical base among all spa houses not only in Frantiskovy Lazne, but throughout the Czech Republic. I like the quality of food here, everything is prepared deliciously, for breakfast, lunch and dinner a lot of greens are always served. Of the minuses, I note only that the breakfast menus are not diverse. The treatment department consists of two treatment centers, one of which has a mineral water pump room. The procedures are carried out using modern medical equipment under the supervision of qualified staff. A distinctive feature of the spa hotel "Pawlik" is the presence of its own largest water park in the Czech Republic. Here it will be comfortable to relax and undergo treatment for guests with children. All rooms, in principle, are comfortable, all rooms in the bathrooms have shower cabins, which, in my opinion, is very convenient.

Spa hotel "Centralni Lazne" is suitable for guests who prefer to live in the center of the resort, near the colonnades with curative drinking mineral springs and those who need to undergo quality classic spa treatment using natural factors. "Centralni Lazne" belongs to the spa hotels of the Marienbad group, which are connected to each other by a warm indoor passage. Directly in the clinic of the spa hotel installed buvette of mineral water spring "Forest" in the passage between the spa hotels "Centralni Lazne" and "Nove Lazne" - "Ambrozha", and in the clinic of the spa hotel "Maria Spa" - "Mary". If the patient is prescribed water from one of these springs, he will be able to undergo a drinking therapy course with this water without leaving the building. But, as a rule, a drinking course always includes mineral waters of the springs "Rudolph", "Carolina" and "Main", which must go through the street, because they are in the Main Colonnade. "Centralni Lazne" has the largest treatment department in terms of area among other Czech spa houses and one of the strongest in terms of quality of treatment. A significant advantage over other spas and spa hotels in Marianske Lazne is that guests receive 24 treatments per week. Guests are offered a wide range of treatments, among which there are also classic spas using local natural factors - peat mud and carbon dioxide. There is also an advantage of having supplied mineral water from a spring for some water treatments. There are 3 doctors working here, among whom I would like to point out Eva Ublava, the chief physician, who has been practicing at the spa since 1982 and under whose sensitive guidance the treatment process is carried out on an excellent level. In the building of the spa hotel "Maria Spa", guests can enjoy a unique spa procedure called "marino lake", during which the patient sits waist-deep in the "lake" of natural carbon dioxide in a special room, this procedure is combined with oxygen therapy. "Centralni Lazne" has a well-equipped fitness center, a coach, located here in the daytime, will help guests to find suitable exercises for them. There is no wellness center here, but guests can visit the largest swimming pool in the resort, located in the spa hotel "Hvezda", as well as the wellness center of the spa hotel "Nove Lazne". Rooms in "Centralni Lazne" are spacious and equipped with everything necessary for comfortable stay, there are rooms for people with disabilities. The whole building of the spa hotel also has barrier-free access. The restaurant offers a sufficient selection of dishes, but little boiled, the menu is updated daily. The spa hotel has a diet nurse, which will help guests to make an individual plan of nutrition. Among the disadvantages, I note only that the spa hotel does not have its own pool.

It has a good location in relation to the Main Colonnade, the road to which leads from a small hillside. "Hvezda" belongs to the spa hotels of the Marienbad group, which are connected to each other by a warm covered passage. In the clinic of the spa hotel "Nove Lazne" is installed buvette with mineral water spring "Forest" in the transition between the spa hotels "Centralni Lazne" and "Nove Lazne" - "Ambrozha", and in the clinic of the spa hotel "Maria Spa" - "Maria". If the patient is prescribed water from one of these springs, he will be able to undergo a drinking therapy course with this water without leaving the building. The advantage of the treatment department is that mineral water from the springs for carbon dioxide baths is brought here, procedures "gas injections" and "dry carbon dioxide baths" are carried out on the basis of natural carbon dioxide, peat mud is also used in treatment. Please note that only in the clinic of the spa hotel "Hvezda" the procedure "ultrasound" is conducted for the prostate, there is a device "Biokon-2000", which is used to treat diseases of the prostate, sexual dysfunction in men and women, constipation, incontinence of urine and stool, children's enuresis, pelvic inflammatory disease. The Wellness Centre of the spa hotel has the largest swimming pool in the resort, where it is conducted daily under the supervision of a physiotherapist.
