On the territory of the spa hotel, there are indoor and outdoor pools, partially filled with thermal water, which I consider a plus. The quality of food in the spa hotel's restaurant at a normal level, especially can not distinguish anything. Minus the fact that seats here are assigned to the guest for the entire period of stay, so I advise you to ask the waiter when you first visit the restaurant to show free seats and choose the most suitable for themselves. I recommend it to people who want to live in comfortable conditions and to undergo quality, and most importantly, effective treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system using local natural factors - thermal water, which contains a large amount of hydrogen sulfide, and therapeutic mud, which, in addition to hydrogen sulfide, also contains so-called anaerobic bacteria. All the therapeutic procedures are performed in the clinic "Irma", with which it is connected by a warm covered passage. Its distinguishing feature is that it is built directly on the site where the thermal springs are located. There is a so-called mirror pool and mud pool "Bagnisko", the uniqueness of which is that it is divided into two parts so men and women can visit it separately. A plus of the hospital is the fact that the well-known doctor in Piestany Pavel Makovnik, who has many years of practice in the resort, works here. I also think that the advantage of the "Thermia Palace" is the presence of a swimming pool filled with thermal water. The quality of food in the restaurant of the spa hotel is good. All rooms are comfortable and equipped with a climate control system, electric kettles and a tea set.

I have been visiting this spa since 2012 and I always stay in this spa hotel, and I can say that the rooms here are very comfortable, each of them has a climate control system and single rooms have a large bed. The quality of food in the spa hotel's restaurant at a normal level, I can not emphasize anything special. All therapeutic procedures guests are held in the hospital "Balnea", with which is connected to the spa hotel with a warm indoor passage. I note that the advantage of the spa hotel is that it is closest to the hospital compared to other spa houses in Piestany. The hospital employs highly qualified medical staff, and guests can get advice from a nutritionist. Rehabilitation is also carried out at a high level here.

The “Goethe” building is connected to the spa hotel “Savoy”, where a well-room for mineral water from the “Stanislav” spring is installed. The quality of food is at a normal level, if necessary, guests are prepared with dietary dishes, there is the opportunity to get a nutritionist consultation. The disadvantage is that the “mud bath” and “mud vaginal tampons” procedures are carried out in the hospital of the spa hotel “Imperial Lazne”, which is inconvenient, especially in the cold season, there is no wellness center.

Rehabilitation Centre "Upa" was opened in the 2016 year and nowadays it is the newest treatment and wellness facility in the resort. I recommend it to patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system, chronic diseases, after surgical treatment and injuries, i.e. those who primarily want to undergo quality rehabilitation and spa treatment for diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Guests are offered classic Druskininkai therapeutic and recovery procedures. The only disadvantage of the treatment department is the lack of supplied mineral water from the springs. I liked the spa hotel rooms and they are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The quality of food in the spa hotel's restaurant is excellent, everything is prepared very delicious and there is a wide range of dishes. Only here there is no classic diet food and guests who stick to the diet themselves choose their own dishes in the buffet.

The Grand Hotel has a good location in relation to the drinking buvette of mineral water "Donat Mg", which is only 100 meters away, you can walk there both on the street and on a warm indoor passage. The medical department of the Grand Hotel does not have such a wide range of procedures as the spa medical center, but there are enough of them to treat related diseases of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Its advantage is the availability of supplied thermal water for some procedures. The quality of food in the Grand Hotel restaurant is at a good level, the assortment of dishes here is always wide, they are prepared very tasty and if necessary, diet food is provided. All rooms are comfortable and spacious enough, with a fairly stable internet connection. Of the disadvantages, I can only point out that there are few rooms with a balcony.

The treatment department here is comfortable and spacious, has a wide range of procedures optimal for the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular and respiratory systems. The advantage of the therapeutic department is the availability of thermal water for some water procedures. The swimming pool in the Grand Hotel building is partially filled with this water. A plus is the fact that the Grand Hotel is connected by a warm covered passage with a buvette of mineral water "Donat Mg". The highlight of "Sava" is the new spa center with a complex of saunas, swimming pool, tepidarium, sun terrace and a hall with heated beds. The Grand Hotel "Sava' is one of the leaders in the Marianske Lazne resort in terms of food quality. In the restaurant, guests are always offered a wide range of dishes and dietetic meals are served as required. I would like to note that the quality of food in Slovenia is at an excellent level. Rooms in "Sava" are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and have a climate control system. Among the disadvantages I would like to note that not all rooms have stable Wi-Fi, rooms of the "Superior" category have not very spacious bathrooms.

Despite the fact that the resort mainly specializes in the treatment of the gastrointestinal tract diseases, there are many procedures to help with diseases of the musculoskeletal apparatus, upper and lower respiratory tract and cardiovascular system, conducted a wide range of diagnostic studies, there is a laboratory. The quality of food in the restaurant of the spa hotel "Slovenia" is excellent, the range of dishes here is always wide, there is a diet food. I would like to emphasize that the quality of products in Slovenia is at the highest level in comparison with other EU countries. The advantage of the spa hotel is its own swimming pool, filled with simple and thermal water in the ratio of 1:1.
