Patients during an attack complain of dizziness, extrinsic noise in the head, constriction of the heart, sweating, nausea, flatulence. For several hours after the end of the attack is fixed polyuria. In almost all cases, paroxysmal tachycardia entails emergency hospitalization in the cardiology department; patients also need planned hospitalization.
