Friendly and welcoming staff, reception. I was very pleased with the Tempur mattress in the room, the convenience and comfort of sleep. It's nice to watch a movie in a comfortable position in the evening. Lighting and music in the room at the touch of a button, such an innovation has not yet been seen in other hotels. :) The communal pool is at a comfortable temperature for swimming. Baths, scrubs, treatments - everything is great. The preparation and serving of dishes is beyond praise!Negatives
I would like additional “buns” in the form of anointing with cream/milk and spraying with a mist for the face, after the procedures done, a 5-star hotel could easily add this mini-option, and the client would be pleased. P.S. other hotels of similar quality have this option.Positives

The entire hotel has very polite staff! There is no need to look for treatment rooms, as you sit with a cup of tea in a chair and wait for them to come for you! Always different massage therapists. Small pool. Time for breakfast and lunch is limited, 2 hours each. Not very convenient. Dinner is served as in a restaurant and takes an hour and a half. And then after dinner there are treatments.
