Spa-resort complex “Egle” covers an area of more than 20 hectares and is located on the outskirts of the Druskininkai resort, near a pine forest and a lake. The resort center is 40 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car/bus.
The spa hotel has a treatment and rehabilitation center with a hydropathic and mud baths, a diagnostic center and a pump room with mineral water. The basis of treatment in the spa hotel is natural factors. Mineral water, which is extracted from two own wells (“Egle No. 1” and “Egle No. 2”), is used in the drinking cure, as well as for water procedures. Healing peat and sapropel mud is extracted in the Jovaysiai quarry owned by the spa hotel “Egl”.
“Egle” waters are indicated for chronic gastritis. “Egle No. 1” water has a weak mineralization, “Egle No. 2” water has an average mineralization. Both sodium chloride springs are indicated for chronic inflammation of the stomach with reduced acidity of gastric juice. Depending on whether acidity is normal or reduced, room temperature water is drunk 15 minutes before or during meals. It should be drunk slowly, in small sips, starting from half a glass a day, gradually bringing up to 3-4 glasses, always under the supervision of a doctor.
The medical-health center of the spa hotel “Egle” has rooms for electrocardiography, echoscopy, bicycle ergometry, sigmoidoscopy, gynecology, manual therapy, clinical and biochemical laboratories. All swimming pools in the spa hotel are filled with mineral water.
Since July 2022, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be attended more than once during the day. A cup of coffee and a cup of tea are waiting for guests in their room every day. Customers who purchase the treatment package are entitled to daily access to the complex of pools and saunas. Every day at 4:30 p.m. there will be a sports workout "Be Active". Free equipment for recreational areas and sports grounds.
For the convenience of customers, the spa hotel introduces a second breakfast and an afternoon snack. These novelties are available in the dining room R1 in the Eglė Standard Druskininkai. Serving time for the second breakfast is from 9:45 to 12:15 (on Saturday and Sunday from 10:15 to 12:15). Serving time for an afternoon meal is from 14:45 to 17:15 daily. A distinctive feature of the spa hotel “Egle” is a very balanced diet, the basis of which is dietary dishes. The spa hotel's restaurant has a nutritionist who develops individual diets.
“Egle” has created all conditions for a comfortable stay, including with young children, for whom a large children's room with a professional educator works daily.
Please note that on the day of arrival the client is entitled to lunch and dinner, and on the day of departure - breakfast. If necessary, you can order a packed lunch: instead of dinner in case of late arrival (ordered by the agency or representative of the agency), instead of breakfast in case of early departure or instead of lunch if the customer travels on an excursion (the customer orders in the building). In case of departure after checkout time (checkout time at 12:00), the spa hotel does not provide food. Customers have the opportunity to independently purchase food in the cafe "Zalias sodas" in the building "Egle Comfort" (formerly "Egle +").
The price of a spa hotel voucher for the treatment of children aged 7 to 15 years includes:
