Rehabilitation Spa Hotel “UPA” is located near the forest zone of the Druskininkai resort. It is one of the newest and most comfortable rehabilitation centers in Druskininkai.
“UPA” has a modern medical base focused on the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Guests of the “UPA” can undergo diagnostic examinations of the musculoskeletal system and cardiovascular system, such as echocardiography and bicycle ergometry. Several doctors work at “UPA”: therapist, rehabilitologist, orthopedic traumatologist, psychologist, kinesiotherapy specialists. Special procedures are proposed to correct the spine and improve motor activity of the upper and lower extremities in patients after injuries and operations. In the spa-rehabilitation center there is a rehabilitation pool where underwater traction of the spine is performed.
"UPA" is equipped with special devices for people with disabilities. On the second floor there are 23 special single rooms with multifunctional beds, the position of which is easily adjustable from the remote control. In these rooms, next to the beds, there are comfortable mobile bedside tables. On the floor with special rooms, a nurse is on duty around the clock.

sanatoriums.comRehabilitation Centre "Upa" was opened in the 2016 year and nowadays it is the newest treatment and wellness facility in the resort. I recommend it to patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system, chronic diseases, after surgical treatment and injuries, i.e. those who primarily want to undergo quality rehabilitation and spa treatment for diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Guests are offered classic Druskininkai therapeutic and recovery procedures. The only disadvantage of the treatment department is the lack of supplied mineral water from the springs.
I liked the spa hotel rooms and they are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The quality of food in the spa hotel's restaurant is excellent, everything is prepared very delicious and there is a wide range of dishes. Only here there is no classic diet food and guests who stick to the diet themselves choose their own dishes in the buffet.
