The hotel has a lot of Russian-speaking staff. There are all the services you might need. Housekeeping is daily, toiletries are provided (shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, body lotion). The room has a safe, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. I really liked the service from Sanatoriums. Larisa's (resort manager) care is beyond all expectations. On the eve of arrival, I called and clarified all the details of the arrival, met me at the hotel, helped register, told everything about the resort, clinic, excursions, transfer. Throughout my vacation I helped with various issues related to my stay in Israel.Negatives
There is no negativity. There are small nuances. When booking, the hotel did not inform us that renovations would be underway. I had to move to another room after a long conversation with the administrator. The shuttle to the beach does not always go on schedule. The towels are not quite white, i.e. washing is not of good quality. Hairdryers are screwed inside the drawers of the bedside table, i.e. You can't leave the bed with him. Since I was in two different rooms, I can say that it may not work: the window may not close, the batteries in the TV remote control are dead, the hair dryer does not work, because... The plug is deformed and shorts out in the socket (if it fits). Sometimes they forget to update the tea set, toiletries, and towels. The service at the hotel, by European standards, is more like a solid 3*, not 4*.

I lived in a single room at the Ganim Hotel for 10 days, I liked the soft comfortable bed, I slept just fine all days, which, as I understand it, is due to high atmospheric pressure. The food is varied and tasty. I really liked that there is a pool with Dead Sea water right in the hotel. Thank you very much to Natasha from the reception, who helped solve problems with all her might! Physiotherapy, mud therapy and bathing in salt water helped with my sore joints, the doctors and nurses at the clinic spoke Russian.Negatives
The first days in the room there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, I was upset that I couldn’t buy regular bottled water at the hotel, and the floor in the spa area was often very slippery. And besides the aforementioned Natasha, the other reception staff did not show any friendliness.

The pool was dirty, and the guests were smoking right in the pool and no one said anything to them. I heard from other vacationers that this problem occurs in many hotels on the Dead Sea. After the Dead Sea, I wanted to swim in the pool, but my first attempts turned out to be unpleasant, and then I abandoned the idea altogether.

We fully enjoyed our vacation and treatment at the Dead Sea by choosing the Ganim Hotel for accommodation. The rooms are clean, have everything you need, we had a room with a sea view, I recommend choosing this one - the view of the sunrise over the sea is very mesmerizing. I liked the pool and the fact that you could walk to the sea in a few minutes. The reception and restaurant workers were polite, there were no problems with the language barrier (although we were a little worried about it). The quality of treatment does not depend on the choice of hotel, since all procedures are carried out in a local clinic, but I liked that the hotel provides free transfers, even though the walk to the clinic is no more than 10 minutes. For people with problems with the spine or joints, and there are many of them here, this will definitely be a plus. I came to treat psoriasis; my husband has arthrosis of the knee joint. The doctors are attentive, again there are Russian-speaking specialists, they selected a course of procedures, gave recommendations regarding “swimming” in the Dead Sea and exposure to the sun. As a result, my husband felt relief, we hope for a stable remission, but my psoriasis has not completely gone away, but the affected area has noticeably decreased. Considering that the prices in Ganim are far from the highest for the region, we will return to the hotel if we return to Israel.
