The staff is not trained. The area is dirty. The beach bar is just sickening. Right at the main entrance of this bar there are huge garbage containers with a stench and this is the main passage to the sea. In a restaurant, you can’t even call it that, as in a canteen for the homeless. The hotel advertises itself as 4 stars, but it is not. The furniture in the rooms is in terrible condition; the linen was never changed during the week of stay. The dressing gowns they give out are torn and wrinkled. It’s as if someone walked in them and didn’t wash them. Horror. I will never recommend this squalor to anyone. And for that kind of money. I was ashamed in front of my wife for bringing me to such squalor. Stramota and not a hotel. Viper.

The hotel is located on the seashore. It's a big plus. Well-furnished beach, beautiful coast. This is the only hotel with an all-inclusive program, so at the end of August, there were a lot of Israelis with children (it was noisy). On August 31 the children left for school and it was quiet and peaceful. We stayed 18 days in room #231. It was cleaned every day, we didn't have any problems. I will certainly recommend the hotel. Before booking a hotel with another tour operator, check out Sanatorium.com. They offer excellent prices and conditions, and most importantly Treatment in a great clinic with real professionals and high-quality medical equipment. I left almost healthy. This is the third time we've vacationed in this hotel, we certainly like everything! Starting from the location in the first line. Delicious food, lots of dishes. Excellent animators, organize leisure activities for children of all ages. Professional masseur, satisfied with the quality of massage and the atmosphere that reigns in the treatment rooms.

The location is ideal, sea view, fresh sea air in the rooms. We were also very pleased with the food, there was a large selection, the food was very tasty. The staff is very nice, registration was very fast, and any question is always answered in detail! Room service was very well organized, cleaning was carried out regularly and towels were changed

The staff speaks excellent Russian and quickly resolves any issue. Proximity to the sea and having its own beach. is definitely an advantage. The food is varied, a lot of everything and very tasty. Interesting entertainment program
