The only thing here that looks like “4 stars” is the restaurant, very clean, varied, tasty. Larisa Romanenko, a representative of the site, also left a very pleasant impression. Everything is fast, efficient and to the point. She gave us a great tour. The rooms are dirty, the hairdryer is so dirty that it’s disgusting to take it in your hands. We had to insistently demand the bottle of mineral water we were given per day. A large outdoor pool is not heated, the water is icy. The spa complex is small and has probably been in need of renovation for a very long time. They give out dressing gowns that are five sizes smaller, they say that there are no others, they are openly rude. When, after complaints, they forced me to give me a robe, they gave me a torn pocket, and something unwashed, of some dirty gray color. Hey, guys, you position yourself as a 4-star hotel, and you charge decent money, but at the same time the hotel is so slovenly, rude and dirty!!!! In short, we will never come to this hotel again.

Beautiful location. Restaurant and meals - very much enjoyed! Excellent choice of dishes, everything is very tasty! The rooms are small but cozy. Nice mattresses on beds. Regular change of towels in the room and the spa.

Excellent food! Everything is delicious and in a large assortment! The hotel is very good, it has everything for a comfortable stay for the purpose of recovery! The beach is within walking distance, everything is fine, there is transportation to the sea. The view from the window is amazing, when checking in, choose a higher floor. Overall we were very pleased! The sea is very close (the hotel is located on the second line, buses run frequently). The food was quite tasty and the portions were large. Spacious rooms, good plumbing. Daily cleaning. The staff really tried to please every visitor

Very nice hotel right on the Dead Sea. Clean, large rooms with refrigerators. Excellent very varied food. Nice pools, jacuzzi, especially the salt water pool from the sea.Negatives
Maybe it’s just us who are so lucky, but during dinners in the restaurant it’s kind of crazy! There are queues, everyone is pushing, swearing, as if they are afraid that they won’t have enough.
