Thanks a lot to guide Larisa, explained everything at once, advised to visit an interesting excursion to the fortress Masado and Ein Geli reserve, helped to organize treatment. During the whole period of stay, there were no problems at all, any questions could be quickly solved with Larisa. Thank you for your attentive attitude, positive and good mood. Room cleaning consists only in the change of towels and removal of garbage, bed linen has not changed during our stay (10 nights), wet cleaning only in the bathroom. At the same time in the corridors, all day towels and bed linen are thrown, which is changed while cleaning rooms, which looks very sloppy.

The description of the hotel says that there are children's room and a swimming pool. We were very surprised when they were not found at all, but came with a small child. The rooms are all old, no noise insulation, the hall is poor, the ceilings are low, dark corridors. When choosing, don't look at the pictures, they're 15 years old, judging by the condition of the hotel.

in the SPA, where the hot pool is located, this time there was an unpleasant foreign smell (I did not feel it on other visits), the towel turned black after it fell on the tiled floor, because of this, during the 10 days of my stay I only took hot spa treatments twice . I told the spa staff at the reception about this, but they ignored it.

The bed linen is clean, but torn. The towels are not fresh, although (hopefully) washed. There were no towels in the spa after lunch.
