Treatment chronic pelvic peritonitis in women in Frantiskovy Lazne
Pelvic peritonitis or pelvioperitonitis - a form of local peritonitis (inflammation of the serous cover) that develops as a result of migration of infection from the uterus or appendages to the peritoneum. Manifestation of pelvic peritonitis by intoxication of the body, chills, persistent fever, tachycardia, low blood pressure, nausea (sometimes with vomiting), abnormal stool, severe pain in the lower abdomen with irradiation to the sacrum, rectum and legs. Bed rest, cold compresses on the lower abdomen to relieve pain and slow the inflammatory process, infusion therapy, antibiotics, vitamins, anti-inflammatory drugs, surgery are shown for patients.
