Pelvic adhesions are connective tissue strands covering the surface of the pelvic organs and connecting them to each other. Adhesive disease is a common cause of miscarriage and infertility. Symptoms of pelvic peritoneal ligaments are chronic pelvic pain, aggravated by exercise, stress, hypothermia, during ovulation and menstruation, during defecation or during sex; bowel disorders in the form of frequent urge to defecate, constipation, flatulence, nausea, vomiting; ovaries lesion and inability to conceive a child. At the first stages, conservative treatment with antibacterial, hormonal, anti-inflammatory drugs, vitamin complexes, immunocorrectors, physiotherapy and balneotherapy methods is practiced. In case of treatment failure or exacerbations, surgical treatment is performed.
