Arthropathies are called joint lesions that have arisen as a result of primary diseases and pathological conditions. Arthropathy can develop during an allergic reaction, a number of infectious diseases, endocrine disorders, metabolic disorders and nervous regulation. A separate group are reactive arthritis, affecting the joints at the same time or after suffering a non-articular infection. The cause is usually an infection in the nasopharynx, intestine or urogenital nature. Reactive arthritis manifests itself in most cases 2-4 weeks after clinical manifestations of infection. It begins with urethritis, then conjunctivitis develops and arthritis with arthralgia, edema, local hyperthermia, reddening of skin on the joints becomes the last symptom.
