I am very grateful to the entire team of the physiotherapy and balneology departments for their attentive and professional attitude. Special thanks to the restaurant staff. There are no negative complaints about the sanatorium. I would really like to express a complaint regarding the return transfer on 09.12. 23. The driver showed himself to be very impolite. When entering the hotel, he did not introduce himself who he was, and responded rudely to the remark: “How do I know who you are.” He did not react at all to the requests of passengers; for example, in Cologne, he dropped off an 80-year-old woman from the side of the garages and she had to walk around a large residential building with a large suitcase. While driving, he used his mobile phone. I would like this driver to be educated and taught how to communicate politely with people.

We had a lovely large room with a balcony and a large bathroom (the spray head in the shower needs repair... we forgot to tell the reception about it so we are doing it this way 👋). Very friendly staff, close to the center but located on a busy city street so rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy if you prefer to sleep with the window open. There are two pools (indoor and outdoor), unfortunately we didn't have time to test it.Negatives
We were already here several years ago. The prices have doubled in these 4 years, but the breakfast is no longer as good as in our memory. However, it is an acceptable hotel.

It is a house in which you feel comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful in every respect. Cleanliness and order play a big role. The treatments were carried out without any hassle.
