Unfortunately there was always the same cheese and cold cuts for breakfast, and with half board the selection of vegetables and salad at dinner was very limited, for example once there was only corn as butter vegetables. The menu offering is repeated too often. If you have gluten intolerance, only eat potatoes and rice as a side dish. The carbon dioxide bath and some of the mud therapy rooms offer the opportunity to relax (lounger in the relaxation room placed so that you can watch the bather, the revolving door gap is too wide. The mud therapy window film was scraped off from the outside.) Staff barely understands German and accommodates the guest's wishes not one, everything has to be regulated by the doctor, head nurse, management or motivational contribution.

If empty then empty. You always have to be the first at the buffet to get fresh croissants or salad. Please offer WiFi everywhere or rent enough routers and not just 6.

It was a wonderful spa holiday at the Belvedere. From booking to stay and transfer, everything was great. The employees were all very friendly and very competent. The hotel is simply great. The transfer also went very well. So everything is wonderful. We would be happy to come back to the Belvedere and would be happy to book through you again.

I loved the quiet peaceful town, the old Spa Town walking theme. LOVED the parks and walking paths. Beautiful hotel, well kept. TReatment was ok, overall, a two week rest with treatments was beneficial. I loved the peat bath (moor mud bath) I love the carbonic baths. The spa plan was disappointing, I came to be prescribed waters. I did not know your facility and doctor do not speak English, this was a limitation. Website said you work with musculoskeltal problems.

Unfortunately, we were placed in a room overlooking the street. Opposite there was a cafe where noisy music was playing until one in the morning. When we asked to change the room, they answered that other rooms were reserved for regular customers. All announcements and menus are only in Czech and German. Only knowledge of German helped. The treatment is not bad, but far from modern. (There is something to compare with)

We booked and paid for a comfort room for our stay. This was in no way apparent. There were some defects, so we had to inform the reception. Staying in room 201 and comfort was lacking - it was cold. Some of the food was served cold.

We were immediately pleasantly welcomed at the hotel and quickly accommodated. Any requests and wishes of the staff were taken into account. The food is varied, you can choose a menu for every taste. The staff does not know Russian (they speak English poorly too). The menu in the restaurant was given only in German and Czech; after the request of the German-speaking tablemates, who were outraged by the lack of an understandable menu, they brought it. The city is small, we had to go to Hap to go to the shops.
