Parking on site is always busy, but it is offered near the station 450 meters from the hotel, and 24/7 access is cheaper. Not everyone speaks Russian, but this is also not a problem; everything is clear on your fingers. The doctor is a woman, which is important, and speaks Russian. Sharpudin Mazaev was with his wife and adult son at the Kiev sanatorium from 02/23/2020 to 03/01/2020. Everyone is happy. Instead of a meat dish (we are Muslims), we replaced it with another food. And in general, you are not coming here to overeat, but to be treated. Of course, buying the procedures separately is a little expensive, but it’s possible. From October 6 to 26, 2019 I had the opportunity to visit the Kiev spa hotel. From the stay there were only positive emotions. Loved everything here. Attentive doctor, a professional in his field. Friendly staff at the reception. Good-natured staff on procedures. Everything is planned clearly, there are no queues anywhere. The restaurant serves varied food, the cook prepares deliciously. Very convenient free choice of places. The room is large and comfortable, the cleaning is timely. Was in Karlovy Vary and Marianske Lazne, but I liked it more. It’s calmer, and for those who, like me, love walking along the picturesque trails, have unlimited opportunities for this. Beautiful parks with horizontal surfaces surround all four sides. I am very grateful to all the staff for the excellent treatment and good rest. I have a desire to visit Kijev again.Negatives
As a wish: it would be nice to use the swimming pool not only for procedures, but in the evenings for everyone. In other resorts where there is no pool, provide the opportunity to use the pool in the Aquaforum.

Finding the treatment rooms was difficult for me. Everything is so far apart. I often had to ask where it was, despite the label. But I don't have a good sense of direction either. The breakfast was excellent. But dinner wasn't that good for me! Few salads and often rice. It was like a diet meal even though I didn't order that. But still everything was fine. The service was very friendly and quick. Unfortunately few speak German. People couldn't communicate so well.

Disgusting food. And this is not only monotony, but also a meager choice, no diet. And the smells!!!! From morning to night, all floors smell of sauerkraut or fried onions, etc. The kitchen ventilation does not work or is absent. There is really no cleaning, as well as a change of linen. For seven days there was no change of linen. 3 minutes of cleaning a room speaks volumes about its quality. The number of rooms is long outdated. The rooms are spacious, but already tired.

We rested and received treatment at the Kyiv hotel in June 2017. Upon arrival, we were accommodated immediately. All procedures were performed strictly at the appointed time, there was no need to wait. The hotel itself is located in the center, which is also very convenient. All resort events take place nearby. There is a bus stop nearby if you need to go to Cheb. The train station is also nearby. Vacationers are mainly Czechs; there are not so many Germans as in other hotels.Negatives
The downside is of course the language barrier - everyone speaks German and Czech. Few people speak Russian, but this didn’t really bother us...that’s how they explained it. Food at the hotel - you won't go hungry, but the breakfasts are very meager. It would be possible to somehow diversify them with a range of dishes. Dinners were a choice of dishes, but somehow we didn’t enjoy it, although everything was edible and beautifully decorated. Salads are also unique and you don’t always want to eat them. In general, apart from the second course and compote, there’s nothing else... But it seems understandable, the hotel is cheap compared to other hotels.
