Friendly staff everywhere. We really like the treatment. Some of the procedures are in the hotel, some in the Spa clinic, and some in Caesarske Lazne. Very caring and attentive staff. We had a lot of fun. We'll definitely come again. I would especially like to thank the reservation service Sanatoriums.com! We had unforeseen circumstances on the road and we did not arrive on the flight to Karlovy Vary on which we ordered the transfer. And we flew to another airport in Prague. Representatives of Sanatoriums.com contacted us and clarified where we were and when we were arriving due to a change of city. They were waiting for us, met us in Prague, and brought us to Louise late at night. We checked in very quickly. There were a lot of people in the restaurant, people came from the neighboring hotel connected to Louise, sometimes there was nowhere to sit. But the quality of the food made up for everything. For some, the lack of the Russian language may be a disadvantage; I saw how our compatriots in Pavlik tried to speak English. There is no English there either, only Czech and German. There were no Russian speakers in Louise at the moment, but this was not a problem for us. During the second week of our stay, the hotel was very crowded. There was only one head nurse at the hotel, she also gave gas injections, rushed around two rooms in the morning and created a queue for injections, several times I had to sit in line for half an hour.

In the morning there was porridge, cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, etc. Drinks - water, coffee, tea, beer, 3 types of dry wine at no additional charge. Buffet, portion sizes are not limited. Friendly staff, no problems in communication. They speak Russian perfectly with a slight accent. We were very pleased with the treatment and rest! Next time only here.

Treatment - procedures are carried out at both the Luisa and Pawlik hotels. In Aquaforum - swimming pool + hydromassage, we went from Monday to Friday using the cards of the Luisa hotel - free of charge))) The rooms are cleaned every day, but it is better to keep an eye on the maids and show you right away where to wipe the dust or wash the sink))) The bed is changed once a week . The kitchen is a buffet, there are dietary dishes. Meat and fish every day, 2-3 types of salads, grass, cheeses, cold snacks, tea - coffee, water (+ several types of carbonated water), three types of wine (red, white, rose) and beer. The kitchen is open from the beginning of breakfast until the end of dinner, so if you want to drink, you can come at any time and pour yourself any drinks. It is very comfortable!!! I would especially like to mention Anna Dan, an employee of the Luisa Hotel restaurant - a wonderful person! It also radiates ONLY POSITIVE AND GOOD!!!! Tall beauty!!! She speaks Russian well, she told us everything - where the dishes are, what they are made of))), how the drink dispensing machines work. In the morning she offered us pancakes!))) By the way, they have pancakes “to order”))) for general distribution - no. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!!! Chamber town! And how the birds sing!!! Magnificent parks, springs, colonnades!
