We felt very well looked after throughout our entire stay. What should be highlighted is the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire hotel team, especially in all areas of medical care. The location of the hotel is ideal for walks in town and also for excursions into the surrounding area. Very good in this context: the parking spaces at the house. The many offers for organized excursions from the hotel as well as for live music and cabaret in the hotel lobby are also very good.Negatives

It would be nice if there was a room with washing machines and dryers in the spa facility. If you're staying for 3 weeks, it would be an advantage to be able to freshen up a few things.

The room was not cleaned, only the towels were changed, the bed linen was never changed in 8 days! We were given washed and torn robes, we lived in luxury apartments 🙄. It’s good that we didn’t come for two weeks 😅 The food was inedible. The bread was stale, the salad bar looked like a pig trough (sorry for the comparison). The so-called hot dishes were served lukewarm. We had to eat in the city. In short, stay away from this so-called four-star Spa hotel 🙈. In general, our vacation was very spoiled. I hope my review will be published!!!!
