Cerebral arachnoiditis is manifested by severe, often severely localized headache; lesion of cranial nerves; seizures of jackson epilepsy; infundibular and pituitary disorders (polydipsia, polyuria, neuritis, optic nerve atrophy, impaired statics and coordination), etc. Cerebral arachnoiditis is treated with antibiotics, dehydrating drugs.
