We had a GREAT rest. We were in Agnes from 08/26/2023 to 01/09. 2023. Nice place, quiet, friendly staff. A representative of Sanatoriums Lajos, who speaks Russian well, was present at the check-in. Infrared sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi. Everything is fine. We would like to especially note the excellent work of the masseuse Esther. The general massage performed by her was at a high professional level. I would also like to note the work of the staff at the reception desk; all mail that came to our email without any reminders from us was immediately printed and handed over to us.Negatives

A wonderful, comfortable and beautiful hotel on a quiet, picturesque street a stone's throw from the main street of the town. Lovely room, wonderful view from the balcony. Excellent breakfast in a cozy restaurant on the 1st floor. My husband and I really enjoyed everything. It’s a pity that the pool was not working due to some problems, it is very beautiful. We received such a massage that we remembered expensive massage parlors in Thailand: the masseuse at Agness is top class. Thank you and THANK YOU again!

We rested in September 2021, at the beginning we were a little disappointed - the interior was a bit old and the mattresses were very hard (in our opinion), but at our request they brought us thick foam mattresses and the problem was solved quickly, it was comfortable, we got used to the interior, and these are all little things compared to Pros - very quiet, wonderful pool, in the cold months you need to think about it, sauna, jacuzzi with hot water. Among the procedures we had a massage, underwater massage and mud applications - everything was excellent. Great staff. Wi-Fi in the room is good, there were no problems. We had a great time and are planning to return here again in the spring.

It is a little inconvenient to have lunch and dinner outside the hotel, but in the restaurant everything is very tasty and very large portions and sufficient choice from the set menu

Half board was guaranteed, but upon arrival at the hotel it turned out that the hotel only provides breakfast. The next day, a representative of the "sanatorium" ensured that dinner was delivered to the hotel.

The hotel is located very well, 350 m from the pedestrian zone of the city, on a quiet green street. Has a wonderful swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The staff is very responsive, always ready to understand and help you. They communicate poorly in Russian, but they called a translator and we discussed all the questions, the rest of the communication was through Google translator, we understood each other. The rooms are spacious, with a nice balcony, there is a small kitchenette with an electric stove, kettle, and dishes. The beds are comfortable, the bed is clean, 5 towels, bathrobe. Breakfast is a buffet at the hotel, and lunch in a restaurant with a voucher - this can be considered a minus, or it can be considered a plus. The hotel does not smell of food and the restaurant is located in the center of the town on the road to the lake. It was convenient for me. And, of course, the most important thing is the lake, a beautiful, healing, thermal lake. Words cannot describe it, you must visit it. I will recommend my friends to stay at the hotel.Negatives
Small treatment base - mud treatments and massage. There is underwater massage, the rest of the rooms were not working, thermal water was not supplied. And of course there is a language barrier.

Nature, silence, beauty, friendly people, wonderful staff and guide from Sanatoriums. We felt the positive effects of procedures and trips to the thermal lake. The pool is located in the hotel garden, there is a jacuzzi and a sauna, we enjoyed all of this. The location of the hotel is very convenient, in a quiet location in the city center. Small hotel, few guests. For those who love a quiet, relaxing holiday. We had a great rest and my condition improved. We took advantage of two excursions: to Tapolca to the caves and arboretum and to Sumeg. Great experience! We had a wonderful time.

We liked the morning walks to the lake, about 800 meters away, a 20-minute walk downhill, but it might be difficult for someone to make this way, since the way back is always uphill, albeit along a gentle slope.Negatives
The resort pharmacies did not sell validol without a prescription! The pharmacy on the square, next to the spring, asked for a pill; my heart was bad, it was constricting, but I forgot Validol at the hotel - they didn’t give me a prescription, they told me to bring it. According to a prescription from a European Union country, they did not sell the necessary blood pressure medicine. I recommend taking the medications you need with you.

Thanks to the Sanatoriums team for helping us choose a hotel! My husband and I, planning a vacation in Hungary, were looking for a hotel with spacious rooms, a spa area and, most importantly, a parking space. We were advised to stay at Agnes wanted, we had doubts, since there were no reviews about staying at this sanatorium on the website yet. We are completely satisfied with our holiday; all our wishes were taken into account when booking and we got a spacious family room with a balcony. The staff is friendly, very welcoming and caring, they even knew our dog’s name on the first day. We were pleased with our holiday, we recommend it to everyone!Negatives
