The room was not cleaned; garbage and plumbing was removed every three days. In the dining room, only one shift was interested in choosing from the menu; the rest of the staff brought dishes for dinner at their own discretion.

The sanatorium is Soviet, the furniture is from the same times, only light cosmetic repairs have been made. The lighting in the rooms is poor, barely enough to prevent you from tripping over anything in the evening. The bus station is right under the windows, bus traffic is very busy. Although it is about to be moved to another place, this problem will go away.

For us, the main advantage when booking a hotel was the location, since we were traveling by bus. The hotel is located right next to the bus station, which is very convenient, we didn't even need to take a taxi. There is a beautiful lake nearby. The rooms were in good repair, our room had a balcony, cleaning was done daily, bed linen and towels were completely new. The food is delicious, breakfast is a buffet, there is an abundance of products that are constantly replenished, lunch and dinner are made to order, the menu is varied, the portions are large.

I liked Heviz, I liked the hotel, the lake nearby is beautiful, in the summer they provide swimming circles! Stable internet, convenient parking, friendly staff. I would especially like to mention Hungarian cuisine, it is delicious! We deliberately dined at a new establishment every day and were satisfied.
