But many people come specifically for treatment - therefore, close contact with the attending physician and monitoring the clients’ condition every 5-6 days is necessary. 5 . Maintenance of therapeutic pools is of poor quality!!! The staff does not keep the area around the pools clean. Clients enter the pools mostly without showering or washing their feet. And this is very important!!! You need to make an entrance through showers with forced contact switching on of the shower and all problems will be solved. It is very noisy in the pools, which causes great inconvenience - after all, people come for treatment. The fountain with medicinal water must be removed from the pool area and installed in a convenient place. The start of treatment procedures at 7.00 is not entirely convenient. As it was announced that the sanatorium is becoming private property, there is hope that a lot will change. The basis for this is very powerful. PS. Open a representative office in Ukraine and your clients will increase significantly! Good luck .

We' ve been planning on going to Heviz resort for a long time. I wanted to fix my back and knees, and in general, there are problems with the musculoskeletal system, both my wife and I. We chose Aquamarine and we didn't regret it. For such a budget spa hotel excellent medical base: three pools with thermal water, salt room, mud treatment, spine traction in thermal water. The food is excellent, in the evening you could choose hot from three or four dishes, excellent baking. The rooms have an electric kettle, you can drink tea or coffee. Thank you to the Russian-speaking representatives of Janoschu travel agency and to the representative of Sanatorius.com Maria for their help in organizing the transfer back to Bratislava airport. When we will be in Heviz again, we will try to book Aquamarine.

Without a doubt, the staff of the sanatorium is very good-natured and attentive, starting from the doctor’s appointment, they listened carefully, although our knowledge of the Hungarian language was almost zero, we had a complete understanding of the necessary information. I cannot ignore our accompanying Marina, who in an accessible form provided us with the necessary information about the rules and services provided by the sanatorium. We are satisfied, which means we can plan our next vacation in Aquamarine and will definitely recommend it to friends and acquaintances. We were assured that all the rooms in this category were the same (as if we had not lived here before and did not know) and that there were no rooms available. They pretended not to understand. The shortcomings were not eliminated. And only on the 5th day, when once again we clearly showed everything, we were moved, albeit to a semi-basement, but oh well. Previously I liked the hotel very much. However, this April 2019, the impression left was rather sad and unpleasant. In all Western countries (and we have been living in Finland for 20 years), the attitude towards older people is special and respectful. We would like the staff of your hotel to hear us and take our comments into account.
