Instead of 21 procedures, there were 20 one doctor’s appointments and 10 visits to the lake for 20 days of stay, which is very little. The hotel did not give any information about additional purchase of a visit to the lake. And at the lake cash desk, the purchase of an additional hour to the visit voucher was refused. 3 times in the middle of the night the alarm went off, waking up all the guests, no information was received and the emergency exit was closed, people with small children in their arms stood on the roof of the 2nd floor of the adjacent cafe in complete bewilderment. Only the next day they apologized in writing. Most of the mud applications were poorly executed, they put a little on top for visibility, they don’t respond to comments. Out of 3 shifts of workers, only one woman did the procedure well. Carbon dioxide bath __ JUST no words, there is a smell and not a single bubble, Many guests have the same impressions. Of the procedures I chose only mud applications and sulfur wraps. 3 months have passed since the treatment, there is no improvement. The hotel is outdated , there is no sound insulation, the musicians boom-boom and everything in the room was humming. Okay, if there was beautiful music like in other hotels. I read reviews about the hotel and took cleaning supplies with me. There is complete tension there even with hand soap and shower gel. My opinion: Worse than in the Czech Republic where I was 6 times in 4* hotels

It would be nice to make the hall and bar where music plays in the evening on floor F more comfortable, with more subdued lighting, a more comfortable seating arrangement, more dance music, and then the income from the bar will increase. The negativity is only related to the operation of the Sanatoriums website. None of the contacts are working. Phone, Skype, whatsapp... It’s impossible to get through by phone, emails are answered within a few days and not always. There are no representatives at the hotels. In order to solve the simplest question, you have to sit for hours on the phone or at the computer. If you are lucky enough to get through, they will respond with rudeness or hang up. I will try to avoid Sanatoriums services in the future and will not recommend anyone to use this site. I have only one wish. In the morning, access to drinking mineral water is closed until 7 o'clock. Often you need to have breakfast at 7 o'clock due to the schedule of procedures or going on an excursion. And you need to drink at least 15 minutes before eating. We are very glad that our worries about our new coordinator were in vain. We were met at the airport absolutely on time, we didn’t wait a minute for the driver, the first sign we saw from those greeting us was with our name, and we were also pleasantly surprised when we realized that instead of a group transfer, we received an individual one. Accommodation at the reception was also prompt and took into account our wishes for accommodation. The next day, upon arrival, Marina, a representative of SANATORIUMS.COM, came to the hotel and helped us get an appointment with a doctor. Here, too, a surprise awaited us; our doctor turned out to be the director of medical services, Dr. Szakonyi Jozsef, a very experienced specialist, sociable, charming and, moreover, a good understanding of the Russian language. The treatment was carried out in accordance with the doctor's instructions and without failures. I can also note the good atmosphere in the hotel, the room was cleaned every day, the bed linen was changed 2 times within two weeks, the silence in the room was an additional bonus. I also cannot help but note the quality of the food; it deserves special praise. The choice of dishes is extensive, for every taste and can satisfy the most demanding gourmets.
