The transfer waited two hours upon arrival. At the hotel, one shift at the reception desk does not understand a word of Russian, although they promised that they would understand me. The distribution of procedures was also long and complex. The last procedure was scheduled when I was supposed to be on a plane home. It was difficult to fix. A translator was needed again. I don’t advise anyone to take food for lunch with three meals a day. Only at breakfast and dinner was it possible to eat normally, and then at dinner there was no drink, only by order and for payment. At lunch there is no provision for drinking at all, and the food seems to be prepared in front of you, but everything is dry, overcooked and tasteless... The drinking regime from the source was not determined, only paid mineral water. There is no medical center or first aid kit, and only two pharmacies are open, one is closed on weekends, and the second is far away and also does not work for long. They won't understand you there either. Only with a translator. I ordered a single room a month in advance, but they put me in a double room and the view was not what I asked for... This is so short. Yes, the entrance fee to the lake also increased, although there were different rates on the Internet.

The pillows are terrible. There is a California bath procedure, it is located on the left side (if you enter from the reception) but they send you for this procedure to another bath on the right side, but who are two completely different baths, so that you understand, the california bath has increasing water jets, and this is not it is conveyed in words, what a divine relaxation the body is, and on the right side there are old baths with water jets just barely pulsating. So, whoever orders a California bath, remember that it is on the field side. Well, if someone tries it on both sides, he will understand the difference... and also, before you go to the doctor, if your package includes procedures (and you don’t have enough of them, and you want to buy additional ones), then my advice is to take the brochure first, look at the prices and what procedures you want, and tell the doctor.. and then buy the procedure at a cheaper price.. and with food, the vegetables are all overcooked, like porridge (broccoli, carrots 🥕 and so on) and the food is delicious..

If you like a relaxing holiday, then this hotel is not suitable for those who want to be treated and relax in silence, since there are a lot of people and now there are a lot of people in transit, that is, they check in in the evening, have dinner, have breakfast and leave, so on such days it’s a problem to find a restaurant free table. And this is the first time: there are a lot of elderly people (the main contingent) and only one elevator is working, the second elevator is broken, we are standing there waiting for 5-10 people and you can’t get in right away, the elevator is busy. Of course, if you don’t have problems with your legs, you can take the stairs to the 3rd-5th floor, but when it’s 7-8 times a day, you’re not much of a match!
