1. The sanatorium website says that the staff speaks Russian. We arrived on Saturday, no one spoke. They say, "We don't understand. Come tomorrow. Tanya will be there." The next day we left for Budapest. This means that no one speaks to us again. They just leave us and that's it. That day, when we arrived, the woman who was supposed to help with the translation left. We arrived at the sanatorium at about 12 noon. At that time, Magdalena was leaving the sanatorium. The driver hugged her and said to us, "This is your translator." We asked her, "Will you help us?" To which she replied, "My work day is over, I'm going home." What kind of impudence is this. We were shocked. I understand, there is a conveyor belt and they don't care whether people come to them a second time or not. 2. The receptionist at the counter is really weird. Instead of two cards, he gives one. We ask for a second card, he doesn't want to give it. I ask - "A room with two separate beds?",, To which he answers - "The beds can be pulled apart.",, What century are you living in? We paid, why should I pull the beds apart myself? You are the one greeting the guests. We ran for the cleaning lady to wipe the dust in the room, add detergents, put napkins, change the linen. After the previous vacationers, on the second day we ran out of napkins in our room, on the fourth day the shampoo ran out. We had our own products, decided to try your products, and they ran out. We asked to change the pillowcase, so one said to the other - that they are tired of us. If you have a 4-star resort, please dust and vacuum every day. Wipe mirrors every day. We dusted ourselves every day. My neighbor is allergic and that's why we had to do it. Why should I go with a translator, and not your staff?????? Who came to rest with whom? There should be a person in each shift who speaks Russian. Or change your information about languages on the website. The attitude of the administrators left a negative mark. 3. And the same negativity where they issue procedures. And only on the fifth day we heard how they spoke Russian with other people. Let it be a little, but they spoke. Were we personally treated with such disdain? We did not ask for anything, we just asked. The mud procedure - I got a first-degree burn. I refused the procedure. Massage - on the card, the doctor noted the massage spots. The masseuse walked on my back, but didn't massage my arms. Her work is a botched job. Stretching - you need a belt with weights on your waist. They put you on your feet. And your leg is after surgery. 4. Why do they close the jacuzzi at the SPA at 18:45, when the working day is until 20:00-20:30? Why don't the jacuzzi and the pool bubbles work all the time? What kind of economy is this. And you look where something is working and run there. A beautiful country, nature, but the attitude is terrible. And this is not only my opinion. I have heard a lot of negative reviews about the service of the administrators.

There were three meat dishes and fish at the same time (unfortunately, the fish was fried in oil and batter, flour and egg) tasty but not healthy )). Sesame, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts were always available. There were also many raw and pickled (but the cabbage was rather pickled, too bad) vegetables. A variety of fruits, desserts, and ice cream. Very hot water in the thermal pool. It is difficult to withstand a second visit. In regular pools, the water is also warm and there is no way to cool down. With some joint inflammations, cooling is needed rather than heating. Probably, for children and those who quickly catch colds, this is a plus.

The food is not dietary or healthy, but on the contrary heavy and fatty, and often oversalted. And if someone follows a vegetarian diet, then there will be nothing to eat except green leaves, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. Even vegetable dishes, at first glance, were cooked in some kind of fats and they always added different types of cracklings and other smoked meats, as well as starch :(

I would prefer that treatment coupd be chosen from the list. I do not beleive that in the most cases doctor prescription matters. Everybody pretty much getting same assortiment.

Room 318 overlooks the roof of the restaurant, which has solar panels that hum constantly. And the smells from the kitchen come in instead of fresh air.

And the choice and taste for any appetite. The waiters work great. Everything is clean and cozy. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the lake at a leisurely pace. The weather was wonderful. And we admired the golden autumn. I would especially like to praise the Sanatoriums team. Well done! We were forced to delay the transfer from the airport for 2 hours due to long passport control and the driver waited for us. And we also ordered a transfer back through Sanatoriums. The driver Tomas was at the hotel on time. Very nice and competent. He speaks Russian and told us very interesting stories about Hungary. We ask that you note this in the Sanatoriums company. Everything was fine except the air conditioner system was switched off so we cannot get the benefit of cooling the room. The receptionist suggested me to open the windows to cool down the room ( when we arrived in the room was 27 degrees C it’s true outside was 17-18 ) but my concern was they didn’t say anything about the period of the year when the air conditioning is on. Bit disappointed but everything else’s were top quality. I would make sure next time I would ask them if they had the air conditioning system in function or not before I book my stay.
