There are no benches anywhere to sit and relax and just enjoy the fresh air. You walk to the center along a dirt road, and if you go in the evening, it’s so dark that you can’t see the road. It’s like you’re relaxing on a boat, chic inside, but nothing outside.

There are some wishes. The room we had was standard; there weren't enough sockets to charge the phone; you had to turn off the floor lamp or night light by the bed. There is not enough lighting in the bathroom, there is a magnifying mirror, but nothing is visible. Shampoo and hair conditioner were added only once in 12 days, it’s good that I had my own. It is advisable to use cups for tea instead of mugs and glasses for wine would be of the same size. But these are, of course, trifles. There are complaints about the operation of the air conditioner, it was hot at night, it couldn’t cope, we were there in July, at the very peak of the heat.

There was a feeling of living in a utility block. And the room itself was more suitable for a work space. In the other wing he was exactly like that. Room number 427 overlooked the balcony, where the sun did not shine at all during the day. The stay included 20 medical procedures. The doctor prescribed the simplest and cheapest things, like hydromassage. Which the hotel has for free. I came for rehabilitation of a broken leg. I was surprised that I only received two foot massages for 2 weeks. Swimming in it is not only beneficial, but also great pleasure - warm water, beautiful shores, islands of Indian water lilies (nymphs), ducks and ducklings on the shore and on the surface of the lake. The hotel has several swimming pools (including with therapeutic thermal water, outdoor and indoor), saunas, fitness rooms, hairdresser, treatment cabins - baths, therapeutic mud, massage, etc. Comfortable rooms, equipped with many pleasant items - snow-white robes, slippers , hairdryer, kettle with daily replenished supply of tea bags, safe, minibar, modern TVs with many channels. The masterly work of the staff during mud therapy procedures in well-equipped rooms (daybeds with comfortable water mattresses), good massage therapists (but in Russia, in general, higher demands are placed on massage), wonderful whirlpool hydrogen sulfide baths, sleep in the clean air of a salt cave... There are also underwater massage and spinal stretching procedures, which everyone talks about with delight, but they were not recommended to me. Excellent restaurant - plentiful, varied, delicious food, good work of waiters and head waiters. Other employees who communicate with clients are very correct, helpful, many know at least a little Russian words and expressions, there are employees who speak Russian well, primarily in the guest assistance service (excursions, any questions about the stay, service, information about city, etc.). I had to point out some problems in my room, and under the supervision of the excellent manager Marietta, everything was corrected within an hour, and I was offered nice bonuses. But it is necessary to work systematically to maintain order and functioning of equipment, and not based on individual customer complaints.

Your wishes will be fulfilled immediately. The medical facilities, the organization of treatment, the responsiveness and qualifications of the staff are beyond criticism. The presence of a swimming pool with thermal water allows people with low mobility to undergo treatment at the hotel. During our stay in Lotus from 03/19/17 to 04/05/17, the weather in Heviz corresponded to the weather of a good May in central Russia. Trips to swim in the thermal lake, located 700-800 meters from the hotel, were easy walks along the river flowing from the lake, overgrown with blooming red water lilies.Negatives
