Most rooms do not have a balcony, there is no place to dry swimsuits after the lake. The staff doesn't speak Russian, not a word of English either. You need to ask for room cleaning; even the towel was not changed for several days.

I was particularly impressed by the medical quality of the treatments. If you just want fun and wellness, there are certainly better hotels in Heviz. However, the price/performance ratio for a medical treatment is the best here. I also liked that there is a large swimming pool and a thermal pool.

Treatments are great. Medical staff is friendly, competent. You can't and shouldn't complain about it. Almost unrestricted access (you are only not allowed in during the treatments) to the healing pool and sauna. The staff at the reception are also friendly, nice and all problems are solved quickly.Negatives
As for food...well. If you don't come to the opening of the salad buffet or breakfast right away, it can happen that something will be empty. Hazptgang is ordered the day before and is served to you especially by the staff. Coffee is just really watery and doesn't make you feel like anything. Staff in the canteen are unfriendly. However, you have to be honest: the price-performance ratio is right: for 440€ I got 1 week of accommodation with half board and 12 excellent treatments. Ultimately, you are not here to eat, but to heal.

The food is very poor, there is no tea at lunch and in the evening, they offer sweet buns and cakes, but no tea..to drink with water? Soups are not based on broth, but on water, without taste .. salads are not seasonal but marinated, only breakfast cereals ... they said that the budget is small, that’s why there is such an assortment ... but I think that you can make delicious food from simple products .. fruits are not have an odor...I told the kitchen manager about this..I hope that they will take it into account

I didn’t like that tea and coffee were only available for breakfast in the morning. There is no kettle in the room, there is a water cooler, but it is on the ground floor and not in a visible place, so you don’t really run around for hot water for tea or coffee. The thermal pool is open until 17.00, which is extremely inconvenient because I wanted to relax in the warm water in the evening before going to bed.

It was my first time here for a spa treatment. The treatments were really very, very good and the individual therapeutic gymnastics also addresses where there is a need for improvement. All therapists are very friendly and speak German, respond to patients and are well trained. The location of the hotel is in a park and is quiet and everything is within walking distance (center of Heviz, shops, etc.). The room facilities are good but are getting old.Negatives
The room cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Bed is made - duvet on the bed (if at all) and the linen folds are the same in the evening as in the morning, towels lie on the floor in the bathroom for 3 days and are not exchanged, I took care of it myself. You don't ask for new towels every day. Apparently vacuuming isn't that well known either.

If you set the main goal on the treatments and are ready to turn a blind eye to many other things (e.g. the food, the cleanliness of the room...), your health will be grateful for the patience and forbearance provided. If you value an all-round nice stay, there are definitely better alternatives in Heviz, even in the 3*** category.

We are very pleased with our stay at the sanatorium. We will definitely come next year. We rested for 21 days. We were accommodated right away, the rooms are good with plenty of closets for things. Cleaning every day. The procedures are very friendly and qualified staff. Thank you all so much for a great time and treatment. I really liked the location of the hotel. Your own small park. You can relax and sunbathe. Two swimming pools. Very comfortably. I liked the treatment. The food is good. I really liked that the hotel was quiet and calm. Nobody made any noise. There are few people. There are no crowds or queues. All procedures are timed. There was no need to wait on time. The hotel staff is helpful. I don't know the language. I don't know either Hungarian or German. Everyone tried to help and understand. The hotel is clean. Just like at home. Not like in a 15-story anthill. I really liked it! I recommend it to anyone looking for peace. I am very pleased! And the company's services are also excellent. The company, Sanatorium.BM, did everything perfectly. They always responded and helped without delay. I am very pleased with the work of the company! Thank you very much for a great vacation! My delight and positive emotions were spoiled by the transfer service in Heviz from the company Sanatoriums.com. A friend, having flown from Hamburg to Vienna, waited 3 hours for the transfer. I started calling the company before I even flew out so that this wouldn’t happen to me. Arriving in Vienna, I waited 30 minutes. Driver Sasha told me that he received a call at 12:00 and was asked to pick up a woman from the Airport. That is, he found out only 3 hours later!!! My plane landed at 15:10. The driver drove 3 hours from Hevis to Vienna. By the way, he doesn’t work for this company!!! He was simply asked to help out. Anticipating that such a disgrace could happen upon departure, I called Lajos, a representative of the company, and asked him to bring me to the airport in 3 hours. The journey also takes 3 hours, plus traffic jams and accidents, everything must be taken into account. The delay was 30 minutes. The driver raced at a speed of 140 km to make it on time. He stopped to gas up the car, buy a drink, make phone calls. I was stressed!!! I prayed to God that we would get to Vienna on time and without incident. I want to go to Heviz in October, but I’m afraid of problems with the transfer. I ask you to find out why their transfer in Hevis is so unprofessional!!!

Nice, friendly atmosphere, friendly staff. I really liked the thermal pool, I didn’t visit the regular one, 26° is not enough for me, I prefer 35°, like in the thermal one. The procedures were carried out very well; we never had to wait in line at all. We were unlucky with the weather; June was cool and rainy. The food was very good, and sometimes it was impossible to eat, although we ordered it ourselves, but there were also surprises, for example, a horror called mushroom caps. Or pork ribs with ham and cheese, but the ribs themselves were not on the plates, only ham and cheese. It was also difficult to climb the mountain, the train was expensive, and there was no bus there. I liked Lajos's tour, he is very nice. And it was nice to receive a gift - a three-hour ticket to the lake, thank you, sanatoriums.com!Negatives

Safe for apartments and reception only. It is very inconvenient. It is better to have a small safe in each room. The breakfast is monotonous. We don't bake often or enough. Opening hours for swimming pool and thermal bath are only until 6 p.m. Better until 8 p.m
