Terrible representatives from your company in Heviz! Every year, your service is getting worse and worse! We had a reservation from July 5 to July 20, when we arrived, the hotel manager said, and we are waiting for you on July 7. It’s not clear why! They showed the reservation , yes, it was from July 5 to July 20. Very unkind reception managers at the Heviz Palace hotel. I think that you are losing your status every year! It’s too bad that there are no Russian-speaking managers at the reception. Yes, by the way, for calls later, for telephone - your ill-mannered director Marina did not answer. We don’t understand how such a person can work as a director? And there are so few tourists, you’ll lose them altogether!

The transfer was good, but the car almost let us down... it broke down before reaching the Airport... but in 15 minutes. the driver managed to start the car and we arrived on time... Thank you.

The choice, quality, taste, presentation, everything is at the highest level, and there are also dietary dishes. All necessary establishments, such as a cafe, market, bus station, are nearby, but at the same time do not cause inconvenience in terms of noise. The whole family had a great time!

The atmosphere of calm and comfort. Nearby there is a beautiful lake and all the main attractions of Heviz. Don’t take any dirt or procedures from this hotel, people paid in advance for the procedures and walked around as if they were forced, because they paid for it... The dirt was cold, there wasn’t enough bucket for my husband and me, the woman ran for another bucket, brought it in the same bucket... I was even more frozen... In short, they can’t work there, then the jock will come and apply it, you tell him the doctor said shoulders, and indicated on the diagram... he doesn’t seem to hear... The procedure was scheduled for 8 am, they arrived at 8.15.. .8.20. While they're drinking tea, if you try to be late... a reprimand... My husband went through all 6 procedures, I did 2 and that's it... And the money was gone... we left 3 days earlier... but they charged us for everything.. Parking was free, no charge 10€ per night, gray linen, washed bathrobes, washed towels, I don’t even want to remember where the 4 stars are...the food in the restaurant is monotonous. The resort tax should be included in the cost of living... They tore me off.... I wanted to call you, but I didn’t, what can you do, so, on your recommendation, the spa at the Druskininkai resort was also 4 stars... The restaurant and the linen were superb.. treatment 5+ We were unlucky with Hungary... And I will tell all my friends not to go

This was our second time staying at the Palace Heviz. Not a bad hotel, good procedures (we took mud and sulfur applications). You can almost always get support and advice from the Russian-speaking guide Natalia, for which I thank her very much!!! The location of the hotel is also very convenient - all facilities from the lake to the bus station are within walking distance. Not a bad price. So we recommend it.Negatives
My only wish is to replace the robes and towels. You can’t offer guests blatant rags in a four-star hotel - it’s simply, INDEMNITE.

Half board is two meals. If you take breakfast and lunch (lunch from 12 to 2), then you are overpaying for your stay. Dinner (from 5.30) is significantly more expensive in terms of filling and, accordingly, in price. If you don't want to overeat at night, pay extra. Obviously, you should just book a hotel and buy treatment on the spot.

spacious, bright room with good sound insulation and despite the fact that the hotel is located on the main street, the room was always quiet and peaceful. We reached the lake in 5 minutes. The staff is friendly, although they have problems with the Russian language; we have never seen that the employees discussed something among themselves in the presence of a guest (as Hungarians sometimes like to do) taking advantage of the language barrier. The private balneocenter is spacious and well equipped. The room was cleaned every day and the cleanliness was kept close to perfect.

We lived in an apartment, a luxurious room with a kitchen. very convenient and thoughtful. the treatment took place in the building itself. There is no thermal water in the hotel, so we went swimming exclusively in the lake, and in the evenings we relaxed in the hotel pool. thanks to the reception staff, pleasant and polite staff helped with everything.
