Treatment polyosteoarthrosis in Jurmala

Multiple non-inflammatory lesion of the joints, diagnosed in people older than 40-50 years. Usually affects the joints of the big toes and interphalangeal joints of the hands. The development of polyosteoarthrosis usually follows after constant high loads on the joints, as well as provoked by uncomfortable shoes, hypothermia, heredity, overweight, calcium deficiency during menopause. Symptoms of polyosteoarthrosis are pain in the joints, passing at night and aggravated by exertion, some stiffness of movements, deterioration of fine motor skills, bone growths on the joints, crunching of fingers, x-rays show narrowing of the articular cracks, bone lesions, osteoporosis. During periods of exacerbation, nonsteroid-type drugs and ointments are prescribed, well used lotions with bischofite, pelotherapy, magnetic therapy, electrophoresis, UHF and other physical procedures, exercise therapy. In extreme cases, arthroplasty is performed.
