I liked everything about the sanatorium, it was unexpectedly pleasant! Attentive and friendly medical staff, a variety of healthy restaurant dishes for every, most sophisticated taste! A swimming pool with mineral water is available for daily use, a sandy sea beach for walking within walking distance - all this made our stay at the sanatorium unforgettable! Our room was located on the 9th floor with an amazing view of the pine trees, the sea and the evening sunset!Negatives
The only downside was the need to wear a mask almost everywhere in the sanatorium, but this is a cost of the pandemic.

Many thanks to sanatoriums.com for organizing the delivery of us from the airport to the sanatorium. The driver called us in advance. We left the airport and he immediately picked us up. About the sanatorium...Wonderful staff, very friendly, smiling. Treatment at the highest level! The hotel location is excellent. But when ordering rooms, you definitely need to specify that they are located on the 5th floor and above. From the first to the fourth, this is not a four-star hotel, it does not even deserve two stars.Negatives
I give the quality of accommodation the lowest rating. I ordered 2 rooms for myself and for my son. Only these two remained on the site. One was with a sea view, the other was without, and the difference in price due to the view was 100 euros. This is fine. From the photographs they looked exactly the same. This is a 4 star hotel and we didn't expect anything bad. Upon arrival, we were given one room, as it looked in the photograph, but the second was, to put it mildly, very bad. The furniture is very old, a hole in the chair, a narrow bed, a TV from the last century... And this is in a hotel with 4 stars!!! To say that we were shocked is to say nothing. We arrived late, had no choice, had to check in. In the morning we went to the reception and asked to change the room to a normal one, which was the one in the photographs. They told us that the hotel was full and it would be difficult, but they asked us to come back later. When we arrived an hour later, we were told that the room would be changed, but we needed to pay an additional 250 euros!!! Let me remind you once again - this is a 4-star hotel. And if the guest did not like the room because it does not correspond to the one offered by the hotel, then the exchange should be free. Checked Booking. som and there for this price that the hotel charged us was a room for 2 people and with a sea view. There was no time or energy to argue or prove anything. And one more thing... In a four-star hotel, the bed linen was never changed in 11 days. There is no tea or coffee in the rooms.

The locker room in the pool left a very unpleasant impression, there is very little space, the number of visitors is not regulated, along with vacationers, people from the street visit the pool, so there is often no opportunity to undress properly, the showers, and there are only three of them, are in a deplorable state, the shower does not work well, it is practically impossible to wash impossible, standards of behavior during a pandemic are not observed at all
