The grandhotel “Ambassador” is located on one of the main streets of Karlovy Vary, just 10 minutes (750 m) a leisurely walk from the drinking thermal mineral springs of the Park colonnade and 300 m from the city bus station.
The distance to the Mill colonnade is 1000 m, to the Hot colonnade - 1400 m.

The main distinguishing feature of the grandhotel "Ambassador" is its absolute novelty - it passed a full-scale reconstruction from scratch in May 2015, which made it not only one of the newest at the resort, but also one of the most comfortable.

The grandhotel has its own spacious medical and health department. Unlike many resorts and spa hotels in Karlovy Vary, the ambulance medical and health at the "Ambassador" is open even on Saturdays and Sundays.

In the "Ambassador" is a very professional staff who has experience in the best spa hotel of the resort. The staff of the grandhotel is fluent in English language.

In the grandhotel there is one of the most famous and popular in Karlovy Vary bar “Kakadu”, and there is also a concert hall, where various cultural events are held, one of which is the performance of the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra.

In 2015, a wide scale reconstruction was carried out at the grandhotel “Ambassador”, including a significant renovation of the treatment base, the installation of modern diagnostic and rehabilitation equipment. The spectrum of the proposed procedures allows to treat the musculoskeletal system, respiratory organs, cardiovascular system. According to the level of comfort, quality of food and service “Ambassador” is also among the leaders in Karlovy Vary. Literally from the first days of work, the grandhotel receives positive feedback from guests of the resort.
