After lunch and dinner, there was no desire to eat somewhere. 3. Swimming pool: this year it was very warm (many said that in previous years it was very cold). Everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly. And the main thing is treatment, everything is clear and on time. The girls during the procedures do everything according to the doctor’s instructions, everyone is friendly. Of course, I had a massage in the Livia building, the massage therapist is a girl named Aretha (if I’m not mistaken), she’s the only one there, it’s much better than in the Bristol building. My husband had a massage in the Bristol building, the last three times he was given massage by the massage therapist Andre (sort of) and he was delighted, compared to how they did it before him. Trips to Prague were not carried out on weekends, when there were no procedures, but only on Thursdays, at the time when procedures were scheduled for us, so we could not take advantage of the excursion. Payment for the uncarried excursion was not returned to us. The start of the New Year's dinner was scheduled for 19:00. From that time on, the hall began to fill with visitors, who were offered a glass of wine. From 19:00 to 21:00 no food was offered. The quality of the wine that was poured from the decanter raised questions among us and among our table neighbors. Together we asked the waiter and then the manager to show the bottle from which the wine was poured into the decanter. But, despite our numerous requests, the bottle was never presented. After much arguing, the manager brought a bottle of higher quality wine to one of the people sitting at the table as compensation for his inconvenience. My wife and I's inconveniences remained uncompensated. Further, during the service, the waiter broke a bottle of beer next to our table. The cleaning lady came and washed the floor, after which the smell of chlorine appeared so strong that it caused pain in the eyes of those sitting at the tables and indignation at what was happening. This event completely ruined New Year's Eve, and my wife and I, without waiting for it to end, returned to our room hungry and upset. The given example of service clearly does not correspond to the level of a four-star hotel. The cost of the transfer was not included in the total cost of the trip and was paid additionally by us. The transfer was carried out by the company “Janzen Reise-Service” under an agreement with “sanatoriums.com online booking”. After leaving Karlovy Vary, the bus with six passengers was supposed to pick up two more. There were none at the hotel. All attempts by the driver to call them on their mobile phone were unsuccessful, so the bus passengers demanded to continue the journey according to the route, but the driver refused to do this, citing his superiors. On the phone offered to me by the driver, a certain Svetlana Gefyuk from the management of the company introduced herself, who stated that the bus would not leave until it was completely full. Only after an hour and a half of searching, the driver found out that the two passengers did not live at the hotel, and the bus finally set off. It remains to add that before this, the duration of the trip was estimated by the employees of the Janzen Reise-Service company to be no more than seven hours, but due to poor organization of the route, the entire journey from Karlovy Vary to Dortmund took twelve painful hours from 9:10 to 21:00.
