For a 5 star hotel I have different expectations of the food. The buffet in the morning is very clear. I wouldn't recommend HP. If you know Czech cuisine, this is disappointing.

We really liked the hotel room, bright, spacious, comfortable mattresses, everything is new and beautiful. We also liked the location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance. It’s very quiet and calm, the food is high quality and very tasty, you can even order any of your favorite dishes. It’s not far from the springs, literally 5-10 minutes. All procedures are complex, if on the first day you can get a little lost in the transitions, then you get used to it and everything is fine. There are cosmetic procedures, which was very pleasing. The staff is very friendly, there is a constant feeling of comfort. Special thanks to the waitress Lyuba, she became like family to us during our stay at the sanatorium. All problems are resolved very quickly, so I needed to print out the documents necessary for work, I went to the front desk and the girls did everything without any problems. Since the last major renovation was carried out almost 20 years ago, most of the furniture is both morally and physically outdated. Of course, for a 5* hotel the quality of furniture is required to be completely different. Upholstered furniture that is shabby and with stains is unacceptable. I was very disappointed by the service of the waiter Mikhail in the restaurant. The restaurant is separate, small and cozy, but Mikhail was attentive only to white tablecloths, completely ignoring our requests and wishes. His reaction to any of our requests, for example, to bring coffee for breakfast from the main restaurant when his coffee machine did not work, caused him an extremely negative reaction, even to the point of stating “I don’t have to go there, if you want coffee, go there yourself.” I was left with an extremely unpleasant impression of his attitude towards us. Living in a five-star room, the food in the common room is not worthy of five stars (I would like a separate menu). The cuisine is mediocre, the pies and cakes are not very good, the choice is small and monotonous. Gas injections are performed poorly (the nurse does not hit the stated special points, she injects in a hurry as if she is forcing the carcass, the punctures are often deep and cause bruising, it is better to refuse) I do not recommend Charcot showers for anyone with varicose veins, there will be huge bruises at best! There is not a single children's room in the huge complex and this is terrible!!!!!! The evenings are not organized, there are simply no events, it’s boring. I wanted to play the piano in the room on the 5th floor (I asked three times), but was always refused; as a rule, access to the instrument is available in 5 star hotels. free.

I came to Bristol for the first time, although I have been vacationing in Karlovy Vary for 4 years in a row. The impressions from the hotel are very positive, in my opinion, one of the best in terms of comfort and treatment at the resort. The procedures are, in principle, standard as for Karlovy Vary, but they are done extremely conscientiously, I even liked the massage, which I cannot say about other hotels where I had to undergo treatment. The food is also at a good level, the cook is great and does a good job. Overall, the hotel deserves a positive rating.

I can note that the hotel is very good and comfortable. The environment allows you to relax perfectly. In terms of treatment, everything is fine here too, there are a lot of procedures, the doctor is smart, listened carefully, and immediately prescribed procedures for the entire period of my stay. There are no queues near the treatment rooms, no one is in a hurry, all procedures were carried out precisely on time.
