For older people who don't speak a foreign language, it is difficult to communicate, as neither the drivers nor the hotel staff (with a few exceptions) understand or speak German well. Since a tourist tax is charged, the hotel could also offer a card for using the bus lines in the city, or at least an information sheet. Trip to Prague: Tour guide Vera in Prague spoke German - very positive! She showed us the city very pleasantly in 2 hours, answered our questions and was just great!!! We rediscovered Prague through them.Negatives
The bus trip to Prague included was a disgrace because the tour guide on the bus reported very loudly (with a microphone) in Russian for 90 minutes non-stop (about whatever), 50% of the fellow travelers didn't understand a word. She also didn't comply with the request not to do this because we didn't understand anything and she couldn't speak English. On the way back she started texting in Russian again for about 30 minutes.
