Spa-Hotel “President” is located on a quiet street in the center of the spa area of Karlovy Vary, just 120 meters from the drinking therapeutic mineral springs of the Hot colonnade. The distance to the Mill colonnade is 500 meters, to the Park colonnade - 850 meters. Today "President" is one of the newest 4-star spa hotels in Karlovy Vary.

Guests undergo all medical and wellness procedures in the spa hotel’s own medical department, and more than 100 types of procedures are held in the “President”.

The spa hotel is hosted by a highly qualified doctor known in Karlovy Vary, MD, Milada Sarova - one of the best specialists in balneology, physiotherapy and rehabilitation in the Czech Republic. Mrs. Sarova gave lectures on treatment in Karlovy Vary in more than 20 countries of the world. A well-known doctor at the resort, Irena Tsypova, also works at “President” spa hotel.

I recommend the spa hotel "Prezident" to those who want to stay in the center of Karlovy Vary near the thermal springs, in comfortable conditions and want to undergo quality spa treatment under the supervision of some of the best specialists in the spa. I would like to draw the attention of people with musculoskeletal problems to the fact that the spa hotel is located on a hill. The spa hotel is one of the leading spa hotels in Karlovy Vary in terms of the comfort of its accommodation. If the view from the window is important to you, please note that almost all rooms in the "Standard" category have a wall view.

The quality of food here is very good, and if necessary, guests are provided with individual dietetic and vegetarian dishes. Once a week, on request, a nutritionist comes to the spa hotel for consultations. The chief physician of the spa hotel, Mrs. Sarova, who is also the founder of the spa hotel "Prezident", which I consider to be a plus, says that diet therapy is an essential part of quality spa treatment for people with gastrointestinal diseases and metabolic disorders. The spa hotel's treatment department is very compact, located on one floor, which is very convenient, and the emphasis here is on the quality of treatment. Here you can get prevention of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular and respiratory systems. There is also a unique procedure for Karlovy Vary - "dry spine stretching" and "floating", which is based on water containing salts from the Dead Sea. This has a beneficial effect on the skin and is good for diseases of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system. I would like to note the presence of private spa cabins in the spa center. I consider it a minus that there is no thermal water supplied to the therapeutic department for water procedures.
