Hello. I really like the treatment and relaxation at the President sanatorium I am already a regular customer and will continue to relax only at "President" Everything is fine with them from the entrance to the sanatorium, the management, two doctors, all the medical staff, restaurant workers and those responsible for cleanliness. Medical base, relaxation area with free saunas, swimming pool, gym, restaurant where everyone a day of variety of different types of dishes, everything works great. This is the case that if you want to find fault, you honestly won’t find anything to do with it. I have something to compare with, in others where I was a big mess. The staff was always very friendly. The swimming pool with the 15 meter long pool was big enough for swimming. I also found the sauna area very good. The breakfast is also great with freshly baked bread and pastries and homemade butter as well as a large selection of fish, sausage, cheese, egg dishes, jams, muesli, fruit and vegetables.Negatives
It would be nice if, as advertised, they changed the towels only when necessary, and not every day. Even changing the bed linen after a week would be enough. And not after three or four days. That would be more environmentally friendly!

The dining room is narrow, loud, cold and uncomfortable. Plastic chairs like in a canteen. The bathroom in our room smelled very unpleasant from the drain. Directly opposite our room window were the gym windows. That means no view at all, not much daylight and we had to keep our curtains closed most of the time. Vegetarian dishes would be desirable. The expensive Ayurwedic massage is not recommended.

The hotel is located fairly centrally, the springs are not far away. The bathroom (Room Lux) had a shower and an additional bathtub with a whirlpool. The SPA and wellness area is very beautifully designed. The room (Lux) was quite large, but lacked comfort. 1 or 2 pictures on the walls would be nice or a little more color in the room. During two massages from a particular therapist, her cell phone kept vibrating, something like that doesn't work. Otherwise the applications were all very good.

There is no negativity at all. Only about the food. Everything was delicious. But the first couple of days it was sooooo delicious. But the rest are somehow not so. Actually it's not bad.

Unfortunately there were no music and dance evenings at the hotel. The sunbeds on the terrace could be renewed as some were torn. The deluxe rooms only have a bathtub and no curtain, which is not convenient for showering and difficult for older people to use. It seems to me that the bathtub in the room should be removed and showers installed.

It was our first time at the President spa in Karlovy Vary. We were very pleased with the treatment, food, very polite staff, wonderful doctor Irene. We really liked the location of the sanatorium, close to all sources, varied and very high quality food, the waiters in the restaurant were very attentive. Cleaning is always done in the morning, while we went for breakfast, we arrived and everything was already cleaned, everyone is trying very hard. The reception immediately checked in and were very polite. Excellent service during the procedures, everything was on time without waiting and with high quality. Thank you all very much. Fresh, comfortable hotel close to mineral water springs and the old center of Karlovy Vary. The room and the entire hotel were in very good condition. The room was cleaned daily, so it was always clean. Soundproofing in the room is good. The food was tasty, varied and in a pleasant atmosphere. The attitude of the staff is good. The hotel is located on a mountain, so if you go out for walks many times a day, you get a little tired from the climbs, but this was known in advance, so it’s a shame to complain. I didn’t feel cared for by the doctors, no one ever inquired about my well-being, although we crossed paths almost every day and there were days when there were health problems, perhaps a little advice would have helped. Of the two consultations, there was only one, at the very beginning. I haven’t heard any sensible advice on treating gastritis. 90% of treatments were useless for me.
