A great advantage of the spa hotel is that its guests also go to the spa hotel "Astoria", as its clinic is considered one of the strongest in Karlovy Vary and offers a wide range of spa procedures. The road to all colonnades leads on flat terrain. Despite the fact that the spa hotel is located in the center of the resort, there is a quiet, homely atmosphere. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, there are also two rooms for people with disabilities. I would also like to note that the territory of the spa hotel has barrier-free access. The disadvantage is that the spa hotel has few rooms with balconies, no air conditioning, but guests are provided with fans, as well as the fact that parking is designed for only 2 cars. The quality of food in the restaurant of the spa hotel is very good, not only water but also two kinds of juice and several kinds of tea are free for dinner. Dietary food can also be prepared here if required. Please note that seats are reserved for guests during the entire stay. The big plus of the spa hotel is that the chef has been working here for a long time since 1985. The quality of the medical base in the spa hotel Venus is very good. Guests are offered a standard set of spa procedures. The advantage of the therapeutic department is the availability of thermal water for most water procedures. The medical staff here is highly qualified and very polite. Individual gymnastics with a physiotherapist is performed in the gym and pool for guests. Two doctors receive guests on arrival, and if necessary, blood tests and an ECG can be performed here.

Meals at a decent level, and diet dishes are offered. The most important investment of the spa hotel's management was investing in the modernization of the medical and health department, which today offers its guests high-quality and, most importantly, effective treatment. The disadvantage of the spa hotel is the lack of thermal water supplied to the treatment department for water procedures and the absence of a nutritionist on staff.

Please note that the rooms of "Comfort" category are located in the inner building and to get there you need to walk through the steps. The quality of food, in my opinion, is normal. The health resort's medical facilities are considered to be one of the best in Karlovy Vary. The advantage of the therapeutic department is the availability of thermal water from the Hot Spring for some water procedures. Even though the resort Karlovy Vary specializes in the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal system and metabolic problems, it offers treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular, respiratory system and some skin disease. In addition to classical spa treatments, there is also cryotherapy and floating treatment, which is a capsule of water containing salts from the Dead Sea, which, in addition to relaxation effects, has a curative effect on the musculoskeletal system, nervous system and skin. I would especially like to mention the medical staff, namely its chief physician Vera Shlaysova, as well as physiotherapist Tamash and nurse Yana, who have been working at the spa hotel for many years, treating patients with care and conducting professional procedures. The disadvantage of the spa hotel is that the balneology department and swimming pools can only be accessed by stairs, electric kettles and tea sets are available only for rooms in the main building.
