The rooms are comfortable, but the beds and mattresses are separate and it is uncomfortable to sleep. The pillows smell bad and are very soft and unpleasant, the bathroom is old, the ventilation doesn't work, it's stuffy. Only towels are changed in the room, they do not clean or vacuum. Restaurant: small selection of food, if you come for breakfast or lunch or dinner a little later, then food is not added. You can only see what was on the menu from neighboring tables by the leftovers on other people’s plates. Hair was found in the food... The restaurant smelled like a cafeteria. Little honey center, the gym and swimming pool are out of date, there is no variety of treatments, the sauna is old and shabby. The staff is nice and friendly, thanks to Yulia, Ivan Golub and Irenca Hejmanica! And the nurse Iveta Duchanova is a very unpleasant person, she behaved rudely both to us and to her colleagues.

I spent 10 days at the hotel from mid-January. I have very pleasant memories of the hotel itself, with its nice and comfortable room, and of the work of the staff. Any issues were promptly resolved at the reception, the treatment was organized clearly and rationally, I thank the medical staff for their attentive and sensitive attitude. The food is varied and very balanced. The atmosphere is pleasant. It is very important that the hotel was warm and comfortable. The sauna and steam room may well satisfy a small group of people who want to relax in the evening. The lack of a pool is compensated by subscriptions to the city spa center. You can sell them at least once every 4 days (it was once every 6 days).Negatives

We were at Grande Madonna for 15 days in October. The location of the sanatorium is favorable, close and not close, useful for warming up. I liked everything very much. The medical facilities are good, the staff is friendly and polite. The doctor's attention was not enough. The first appointment was quick, 10 minutes. She prescribed something, but you just arrived and still don’t understand anything about treatment. And then, when something needs to be corrected, a repeat appointment is paid (not very expensive). I must say that we had an easy travel option, one appointment with the doctor. Just advice, be better prepared for the reception. And also, choose rooms facing the courtyard, there is never any sun from the street. This is important especially in winter.
