The spa hotel Karlsbad Grande Madonna is situated in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, on a small hill, 50 meters from the Hot spring (spring No. 1) and 70 meters from the Spring No. 2 and the Market Colonnade. The spa hotel has a depandance, for its guests meals and treatments are provided in the main building of Karlsbad Grande Madonna, which is 110 meters from the apartments.

The spa hotel has two restaurants. The Grand Restaurant is located on two floors and has two halls. The U Křížovníků restaurant has a separate entrance in the hotel building and operates as an independent classic restaurant with a wide range of gourmet meals. The restaurant interior combines comfort and style of a medieval tavern of the Teutonic Order. The menu offers a wide range of traditional Czech dishes, draught beer, good wines and much more.

Spa & Wellness Hotel Karlsbad Grande Madonna is a certified non-governmental medical facility, which specializes in complex balneotherapy using natural thermal springs in Karlsbad. The hotel offers 47 medical procedures. The curative package includes the indispensable procedures, other procedures can be purchased after consultation with a doctor. Some of the procedures can be purchased without a doctor's examination.

The spa premises are supplied with thermal water from the main spring Vřídlo (Hot Spring) for various water procedures. All classical Carlsbad procedures are provided, including gas injections, carbon dioxide baths, Charcot shower, mud baths, laser therapy, peat compresses, etc.

In Karlsbad Grande Madonna spa hotel guests have free admission to several types of saunas (Finnish, steam, infrared). Guests can also use the fitness center and jacuzzi, which is open all year round.

The spa hotel has a good spa center, where you can get a lot of relaxing and tonic treatments for an extra fee, for example: citrus vitamin wraps, chocolate bath, chocolate therapy, infra sauna, Lipo-Stock (cellulite treatment), shell massage, beer bath, reiki, sea salt scrub, mineral bath with Xylopia, pink lake salt scrub, Cleopatra bath (with milk and honey), etc.

Spa hotel "Karlsbad Grande Madonna" is located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, on a small hill, 50 meters from the Hot Spring, 450 meters from the Mill and 850 meters from the Garden Colonnade. The quality of food in the restaurant, located directly in the building of the spa hotel, is at a good level, if necessary the guest will be served diet food. For breakfast, lunch and dinner we offer free drinks: several kinds of tea, coffee, juices, water.

All rooms of the spa hotel are cozy and well-equipped, there are bathrobes and slippers, umbrellas, baths, some rooms have balconies. It is also possible to book accommodation in a free-standing depandans "Festival", which is 110 meters, where guests can only stay, but eat and receive treatments in the main building. There is no swimming pool at the hotel, but there is a jacuzzi, several saunas, weight machines and a relaxation area.

The medical department of the spa hotel is supplied with thermal water from the spring "Hot" for various water procedures such as carbon dioxide, pearl and mud baths. The department also offers classic Carlsbad procedures: gas injections, dry carbon dioxide baths, electrotherapy, massages. There are such procedures as extremer and colonoscopy on the basis of thermal water, such services are not available in all spa hotels. There is a doctor working in the department on a permanent basis.

Once a week you can spend 2 hours free of charge in the swimming pool complex "Alžbetiny lazne" (Lazne V). There is a 25 m swimming pool with fresh water, jacuzzi, paddling pool, sauna, steam baths in the male and female parts of the complex and a relaxation pool with 4 massage elements: waterfall for shoulder and back massage, air cushion for total relaxation massage of shoulders and back, underwater nozzles with water under pressure for massage of lower limbs and counter-flow.
