The hotel has not changed since Savka times. At Rezeption no one says hello. The mattresses in the rooms are old and already worn out. My back hurt. Within 10 days they asked to change the mattresses but to no avail. All the furniture, like the shower room, is old. There are problems with hot water every day. And throughout the hotel. There is no variety in food. Every day the same thing. The choice is very small. The children brought a ball with them to play in the pool. But this is prohibited! The evil lady with the mop forbade it. The massage therapist Pavel is something of a sadist. He hits his legs and twists his arms. I had to skip 2 massages. We have been coming to Karlovy Vary for more than 15 years. This was our first time in this hotel and our last.

The hotel is getting old. Little is invested in maintenance. The room furnishings are outdated and very cramped. The cleaning staff make no effort and only clean the rooms provisionally. The mattresses were rock hard. They were replaced after repeated requests. The food was pretty monotonous and poorly prepared. Many dishes were served for lunch and dinner. There was no light food at all. The staff in the lobby area don't even greet the guests. You don't feel welcome at all. We have already been to other hotels of the same category in Karlovy Vary, where we were perceived differently as guests.

The food was sufficient, like hot breakfasts, pancakes and cottage cheese, etc., etc. The menu selection was always good. The medical staff was attentive. Procedures were completed in a timely manner, without delay. Thanks to massage therapists Pavel and Karl. A good massage can put you back on your feet and encourage you to start doing something to be healthy again. The room was just gorgeous for me. I'm afraid to intercept. This was our second time in Ambiente and we were satisfied again. Many thanks to the entire staff. We arrived on Friday afternoon and after a few hours we received the treatment plan with applications from the doctor. Everything the doctor prescribed was accepted and carried out by the head nurse Jana. Most of the procedures were in the morning, only a few treatments were postponed until the afternoon, but that's understandable because the hotel was fully booked. The sisters were always friendly and helpful, so the entire treatment went without any problems. At first we got a room in the attic. It was already too small for two larger people. When we asked for a larger room we were told that there were currently no free rooms, but on Monday we were immediately given a room on the second floor without additional payment, even though it was already a room in a more expensive category. And our special thanks to the girls Marina and Alla from the restaurant. You really felt at home. Friendliness and politeness are always very important here. Large selection, you can always find something delicious. Our vacation was really great Gladly again 👍

The problems started on the day of arrival. By the time we arrived by transfer, dinner was over. They didn't leave us a packed lunch to replace the missed dinner. I am writing about this from my own experience, because I have been there several times myself. The packed lunch was always already in our room, even before check-in. As for food, for example lunch from 12 to 14 o'clock. If you come at 12.30 there is nothing left (in the sense of nothing to eat). The location of the resort is not the best. You have to walk uphill all the time. The doctor is not in the sanatorium for at least an hour a day. He is called several times a week. The older sister prescribes the procedures.
