This is our second time in this Hotel. The location of the hotel, in my opinion, is the best in Karlovy Vary, the staff is responsive if you have questions and willingly try to help and explain. The food is good, a large selection of dishes, the staff knows their stuff. Special thanks to everyone who performed the medical procedures and to Dr. Belov, who spends a lot of time during the patient’s appointment, explains everything and prescribes the correct procedures. Of course, there are also negative aspects: the shower cabins are very small, especially the entrance is narrow; for large people it is almost impossible to get inside. And secondly, whoever buys 15 pool and sauna procedures for an additional fee, I think this is not fair. For those who have 9 procedures, the pool and sauna are free.

We were in Astoria in February 2024 for the first time at the invitation of massage therapist Martin and were delighted! I really liked the tea room and the variety of teas. The treatment base is excellent, special thanks to the massage therapist Martin, a master of his craft! Very professional and responsive! Thanks also to the restaurant staff - Lyudmila, despite the workload she is always friendly. We really liked everything and we will definitely return to this hotel!

I am very impressed by the coordinated work of the Sanatoriums.com team. Everything was excellent, from the meeting at the airport to the return transfer to the airport. Food, room, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I also really liked the list of excursions. We were on a free (gift from Sanatoriums.com) to Prague and a 5-hour trip to Loket. We, two people, were accommodated in a single room, in which the only comfort was a view of the colonnade and a balcony. All two weeks we were forced huddle together in a single room. We trusted you, that’s why we paid the entire amount at once. Now we feel deceived by you. As a result, we will no longer use the services of the Astoria sanatorium. We would also like to leave feedback about the transfer service. The contract clearly states the delivery of passengers "From porch to porch." We visited from February 18 to February 24, 2024. This was our first time at this hotel and we were delighted!!! The medical facilities are excellent, the staff are friendly and always make concessions if necessary. Many thanks to the hotel cleaning staff, cleanliness and order are immediately evident. The girls work well. Special thanks to the restaurant workers and cooks. Everything was tasty and varied.
