We really liked the hotel room, bright, spacious, comfortable mattresses, everything is new and beautiful. We also liked the location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance. It’s very quiet and calm, the food is high quality and very tasty, you can even order any of your favorite dishes. It’s not far from the springs, literally 5-10 minutes. All procedures are complex, if on the first day you can get a little lost in the transitions, then you get used to it and everything is fine. There are cosmetic procedures, which was very pleasing. The staff is very friendly, there is a constant feeling of comfort. Special thanks to the waitress Lyuba, she became like family to us during our stay at the sanatorium. All problems are resolved very quickly, so I needed to print out the documents necessary for work, I went to the front desk and the girls did everything without any problems. Since the last major renovation was carried out almost 20 years ago, most of the furniture is both morally and physically outdated. Of course, for a 5* hotel the quality of furniture is required to be completely different. Upholstered furniture that is shabby and with stains is unacceptable. I was very disappointed by the service of the waiter Mikhail in the restaurant. The restaurant is separate, small and cozy, but Mikhail was attentive only to white tablecloths, completely ignoring our requests and wishes. His reaction to any of our requests, for example, to bring coffee for breakfast from the main restaurant when his coffee machine did not work, caused him an extremely negative reaction, even to the point of stating “I don’t have to go there, if you want coffee, go there yourself.” I was left with an extremely unpleasant impression of his attitude towards us.
